“Went in with my mother and Destiny was extremely helpful! She didn't talk down to my mother when she asked questions, instead she was very kind, (we have not experienced that at other locations). She took the time to explain the different phones and answered all of our questions. She helped my mom get her current phone working correctly and then showed her what to do when she got home to help prevent it from happening again.
