“Voonami has provided our home with outstanding service for internet service through Bountiful Fiber. The installation was delivered on-time and without issues. The actual service speeds are at or above what I signed up for - something I never experienced with my previous provider.
I have had two trouble calls with them that ended up being issues on my end. Both times the service techs worked with me on troubleshooting the problem and the solution.
I highly recommend their service.”
“Jasmine was seriously amazing. She was so patient, knowledgeable, professional, and the sweetest. My husband and I went in to upgrade our phones and didn't know which one we wanted prior. She spent the time to go through each of our options and answer all of our off the wall questions even though they were really busy. She didn't rush us through like other stores would have just because they were busy which we both appreciated. I will be going back to see her in the future.
