“Shaylee is the on-site manager and best believe she doesn't miss a beat! This woman is on top of it to say the least . So rest assure that if the location scares you or your having and doubts put them all aside she will make sure everything goes as planned and put you at ease. “Was chill until they decided to go remote. Literally the dumbest decision they have made this year so far it's in a "bad" area and being remote isn't the place not in this part of west valley/kearns.

“My experience here was fantastic. My husband and I bought a unit but the facility closes to auction winners at 6:00. You aren’t allowed to stay after closing even to finish emptying the unit and the deposit is $200.We weren’t able to get to the facility until 20 minutes before closing and were worried about not getting our deposit back same day but Cody was so great to work with. He was speedy and helped my husband get into the unit to clear it out asap. It took him about 30 minutes to completely clear it out, and Cody was happy to stay a little late so we could get the deposit back same day.Some other customers showed up as he was leaving and he didn’t hesitate to park and help them! Very professional and obviously cares about the customers. Give that man a raise, absolutely amazing customer service!!”

“If you need storage in west valley, this is your sign to store here. They secyrity setup is unmatched and unique. I have used a lot of storage places as well as worked at them and you wont find another facility in West valley that offers what they do. (And we all know security matters in this town ?) I know the person that works here, and she is great. She lives on site and is always out there helping people with storage and uhaul stuff, and keeping the property safe. Whether its answering the phone at 9PM or helping people park and drop off uhauls at night, she's always aware of whats going on there and is right there willing to help.”
