“Stopped by on my hike and had a great time! The breakfast sandwiches were great! Big sandwiches and the sausage in mine was seasoned perfectly. I also had a sub wrapped up for lunch on the go. Big servings of meat, delicious veggies, and great bread. Store had a good selection of food and drink, an outdoor patio, and was very clean. The ladies at the counter were very patient and friendly.Loved it. Would definitely visit again.”

“One of the Vermont community stores. Unique concept but works. Generally a friendly vibe. Great breakfast options- Cinnamon pancakes, plus baked goods. Beautiful lake outside.”

“Awesome store! Everything is spread out, so when moving around or if it's crowded, it's never too bad as there's plenty of room. There's plenty of options, and the food is great too! They do NOT have tobacco products, but everything else they pretty much have, variety of drinks, snacks, etc. Definitely visit if you're around!”

“My favorite place for weekly shopping. Awesome selection of fresh and local produce, as well as hard to find food items and alternative options that are very handy for gluten free and vegan chums. If you're moving to the area, the membership deal gives you 15% off twice a month, making it pretty affordable over the long-term as well. What makes it most special are the staff, who are all lovely. They'll make a real effort to learn your name and ask how you're doing, which always makes a difference.”

“Just recently we were getting into town late after a day of mountain biking in NH and the four of us were fiending for a great steak dinner, but saw we'd be arriving about 30 minutes after their scheduled closing time... one quick phone call asking for some thick cut ribeyes and they were more than happy to stay open a little later to wait for us. Steaks were amazing (started on a 700F grill and finished with butter and herbs in the oven) and we had full bellies that evening, thanks to the Village Butcher shop. Can't comment on anything other than the steaks and customer service, which were both amazing. Cheers and Thank you!!! (and if you or any of your staff are ever in Charleston please swing by my whiskey bar Seanachai! We have a steak frites on the menu and 350+ whiskeys - though only a 10oz Hanger, not the 2# monster ribeyes you gave us last night! Cheers! ?)”

“Very good selection of food and delicious cakes, with some incredible local cheese, but can feel unnecessarily over-priced and is often insanely busy with people visiting.”

“Great option for when you need a few things but not a full-fledged trip to the grocery store. Much better selection than in a convenience store, but not as overwhelming as a grocery store. Try the breakfast sandwiches, they're fantastic, and the people there are super nice!”

“This is a small country store with limited space and a lot of stuff. They are open late and are convenient to route 4. If you are looking for a full service establishment then you will be disappointed; if you're looking for a country store you won't. This store is real Vermont with quirkiness and without pretense, if you are looking for that, Woodstock is right down the road. Bridgewater is a small community and the Corners Country Store is an asset to those who live here and those just passing through.”

“Omg!! I loved this market. I found way too much, and it was kind of expensive, but it was a great pit stop to refill the cooler on our vacation. Found everything we needed for a charcuterie.”

“Syrprising little variety store with deli, some groceries, and a full bank of coffee dispensers. A little on the pricey side, but par for the course when you're the only game in town!”

“Good selections for breakfast pastries and lunch, including soups. Good quality and convenience, at a price. But that's Woodstock. If you're passing through and stop, your exposure is limited. If you live in the area, you get used to it or travel to better afford what you need.”
