From the very first call with Matt at Wag On Inn, we felt confident. His customer service was excellent, and after seeing photos of doodles he had groomed before, we knew he had the right experience with their unique coats.
I dropped off Willow at 7:30 in the morning, & was pleasantly surprised to get a call just an hour and a half later that she was ready. Not only was the experience smooth, but it was also one of the cutest haircuts she’s had in a long time.
Matt is truly deserving of this shout-out, and we’re so happy to have found someone we can trust with Willow. We can’t wait to bring her back!

94 Comfort Hill St, VergennesOur 15-month-old lab mix spent a week at Comfort Hill. He came home happy and well adjusted. The staff allayed my anxiety by sending me pictures of him romping with another young dog during that time. I will use Comfort Hill again. They're great!

185 Main St, VergennesI wish I had taken some photos - we stopped in for a quick little lunch and it was much more delightful than we were expecting! My husband and I each had a ham and cheese croissant sandwich that was just ::chefs kiss:: We split a cinnamon swirl scone that really hit the spot for a sweet treat. Our friend got the white bean soup and subbed out the buttermilk biscuit for a ham scone and she said it was incredible. Would definitely love to stop back in next time we are in town - and maybe try the main event - the ice cream! ?
