The entire U-Haul computer system was down, the line of irritated customers was growing, he had to politely turn away customers whose transactions couldn't be handled without a computer, and any transactions that could be handled without the computer had to be done by a pad of paper and a cell phone. Bryan handled all of this while taking calls from customers and taking calls from other U-Haul stores to guide other employees through the computer-less mess. I can see why Bryan has earned his position of General Manager!”

“Pretty solid uhaul experience! It’s located in an odd neighborhood where it’s a bunch of houses but they’ve all been turned into industrial businesses, so it’s an odd vibe haha! But it was an easy in and out! The guy that helped us was really great. All around a good experience.”

We talked before the day of the rental as well and he even gave a call the day of to check in to make sure when we were coming. (Obviously their trucks are older and not like driving a luxury car - easy to get over that though and the seat was pretty comfy in my tuck).”
