“This auto shop is fantastic. This is my go-to place for maintenance and repairs. Oil changes, tire replacements, VA inspection, everything to keep my 2009 Honda running safely. They’re always honest with me, no extra fees, no over selling things I don’t need. Yoon is a great mechanic, super knowledgeable and resourceful. His team is also skillful and fast. Thank you for always keeping my car on check.”
“I have come here a few times before for routine maintenance at the recommendation of a friend. I work in Annandale and live in Manassas so I wanted to find a reliable shop closer to work. They have always been efficient and honest. And the cost for their services is incredibly reasonable. This evening, I left work and not even a mile down the road, my tire went completely flat. Fortunately, this shop was not far from where I was. I arrived around 5:30 and their service hours end at 5, but they were amazingly kind and took a look at the tire and found a HUGE nail in there. They got it patched up and I was back on the road within about 30 min. Thank you to the staff here for going above and beyond to help me during a stressful moment. I appreciate it so so much!”
“I'm absolutely irritated with the high gas prices. The United States is the #1 producer of oil in the world, and whoever is behind this price gouging, deserves a firm kick somewhere. Theres no excuse for this, and even as a capitalist, it's ordinary people who feel the pinch. Therefore I want to say thank you to Annandale Service Center. They purposely keep their prices as low as possible, and could be one of the best in the DC area. No you can't use an AMEX here, but they accept visa, MasterCard, and Discover. This is a no frills operation. There's no canopy. Don't go when it's raining. Other than that, it's extremely clean, and there's plenty of room between pumps. You'll be able to get any vehicle in here. They have 87, 89, and 93 octane. Here you'll easily save 10% over anyone in mind, but if you have any spots, feel free to share them. Annandale Service Center is clean, and it's relatively easy, to get in and out of here via Columbia Pike.”

I've brought my (mechanically difficult) GMC here many times for tire fixes, brakes, serious engine issues, and diagnostics. Their work on my car has always been excellent, and the cost fair, or better compared to other shops (even credited back). “This was a simple emissions test and they kept it so. They are always extremely polite. Yes, almost always a line of cars for fuel, but at their prices it makes total sense. Besides, seriously, what ia a couple more minutes to save a few dollars. At a minimum, give them a try for an oil change or fuel.”
“Shout out to the Gallows Road Automotive (Exxon). We have lived in the adjacent neighborhood for over 4 decades. This gas station is recently under new ownership. I called ahead to see how long a wait would be for a simple 2-year VA emissions test. They said there was only one car in the inspection bay, so I quickly drove over. Surprisingly I was greeted as I arrived and they knew that I had called. I waited about 20 minutes while the car being inspected in the inspection bay was finished up. My car emissions test was efficiently executed, so I decided to try them out again and had them conduct the VA annual inspection on another one of our vehicles. The inspection was very thorough, but fair. There were five legitimate minor deficiencies (three bulbs, a wiper blade, & the battery hold-down clamp was missing). The certified VA State inspector (Owner/Brian Suarez) was especially thorough and articulate in describing the deficiencies and clearly annotated them on the inspection sheet. I was impressed. They are clearly very convenient for those of us who live nearby or work at the Inova Hospital. I suggest you try them out; they appear to be honest, helpful, highly proficient, and very convenient. Too bad their gas prices are usually more expensive than most, but they are a convenient lifesaver in a pinch. Update: Our 2009 T&C Minivan just crapped out this afternoon and because of our recent positive vibe we had it towed to GRA. It is probably the starter/solenoid. We'll provide an update as things evolve.”

“Been coming here 20 years! Zhao and his crew provide expert service at extremely competitive prices! If you've got an older vehicle with mechanical problems these are your guys! If there is something they don't do, like complex OEM electronic systems (integrated navigation etc), they will tell you; got a bad wheel bearing? Bad CV joint? Need a new water pump? ~ these are your guys!”
“Needed gas after going to the Harris Teeter on Columbia Pike. Prices were unspeakable due to our current world situation. The area was well maintained and there appeared to be service workers doing inspections, oil changes, etc. There is some snack/drink options available inside, I didn’t go inside so I cannot comment on prices or selection availability. Rate the experience 10/10.”
