“My family has spent thousands and this store but after this experience no more. They refuse returns even in a case of them covering up the expiration date with their own sticker showing a different expiration date. The meat was likely spoiled when it was purchased and had a really bad smell a couple days later when it was opened. Their stocker shows a sell by date still a couple days away! Everyone in line was shocked how the store manager initially refused to refund it but decided to make a one time exception. Extremely poor customer service and even worse deliberately selling expired products.
*the grocery manager reached and and shared they are going to be retraining and hopefully will make sure it doesn’t happen again. I’m glad someone at the store is taking food safety seriously.”

“I like this place a lot but there is a woman who works in deli i think her name is moly. She is so cold and sounds rude. I wanted to turn around and ignore her existence. If you do not want to work don’t work. I do not have to see a miserable person when I go shopping. Other than that everybody is nice. I am giving 4 because of her. If it was her store I wouldn’t visit never ever again.”
