“Cannot recommend this place enough. Management office is always friendly and willing to help, but genuinely. My partner and I had units here for a few years and enjoyed the easy access codes and how it’s pretty empty/there’s not many people around. I also can attest to the buildings security/rounds — I partially moved out of my unit and forgot to replace my lock and they called twice to make sure I wasn’t robbed.”
“Checking out of storage in a few days and I must say, service at Extra Space Storage in Kingstowne, VA was wonderful. Tatiana answered all my questions throughout our unit rental time. I informed her of our move-out date and our monthly rate was pro-rated with no problems. Great customer service!”
