250 Oakleigh Ave, AppomattoxWe had a very relaxing 2 night stay at this historic bed and breakfast. We knew we would be a bit late arriving on our first night, so we ordered a Southern Cheese board to be waiting in our room. The board included cheese, fruit, bread and apple butter… a perfect snack. We had Dinner the next night which was a well planned and delicious multi- course fare. Breakfast both mornings was a treat, we especially loved the yogurt and fruit drizzled with molasses! Our room was perfect, the bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure and the shutters on the windows are just the thing for light control and privacy. Talia was so friendly and helpful and her husband the chef is a culinary artist! We will definitely return ❤️
