The Costco Tire Center provides great service and the right price from professional, knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and considerate staff. However, the management is very poor and the system is chronically understaffed. A common complaint is that there is often only one person at the front desk, leading to huge lines, long wait times, and multiple phones ringing. Even with an appointment, customers report it taking thirty minutes just to check in or pick up a car. Simple services like a tire rotation can take over two hours, while tire replacement can exceed three hours. The strong recommendation from reviewers is for Costco to hire more front desk and sales staff to support the efficient and pleasant employees.
Brittany was great and took care of me with kindness and professionalism. Came in on Friday 1:45pm and was done at 3:36pm for tire rotation. This location is busy, but if you know exactly what you need and can wait there hasn’t been any issues. Had 4 new tires installed here last year too with same experience.

Amazing service! Curtis and Oskar went out of their way to help me with a tire puncture (a screw) and saved me from having to buy a very expensive replacement pair of tires. I will definitely be back when it comes time to replace the full set!

Medhi was kind, professional, and helpful. After someone else installed the tires with a slight issue in the valve, Medhi went through and made sure all 4 had new sensors/valves and that everything was okay. The Costco price and warranty beat the Honda dealership by a mile!
