“I stopped in on my way home, I walked from East Falls Church Metro Station down the street (less than 5mins walk), to grab an easy dinner for my wife and I. Went to this Arlington Va location yesterday to upgrade my phone and AirPods I was assisted by Keenan his customer service was on 1000% he helped me get a new iPhone, AirPods, plan upgrade and a couple other things for like $380 he was so very detailed and knowledgeable that he was able to explain to me how I could get a even higher trade in value for my phone by upgrading my plan so I was able to get my new iPhone for way cheaper then he pointed out how my employer gets a 15% discount on the monthly bill so essentially even though i upgraded I would still be paying around the same price

I visited the Apple Store in Clarendon (Arlington, VA) on October 31st, 2025, after my MacBook Air (2019) suddenly stopped charging through both USB-C ports. I had already tried different chargers, outlets, and even an SMC reset, but nothing worked. The battery was down to about 30% and draining, so I needed same-day help before the laptop died completely.

I arrived around 7 p.m., worried and fully prepared for the possibility of an expensive repair or even a full logic board replacement — and with no expectation that it would be ready the same day, especially on Halloween night.

However, from the moment I walked in, the experience was exceptional. It genuinely felt like entering a place where people care about you and are ready to help.

I was first greeted by Woody, who was friendly, welcoming, and even spoke some Spanish, which I truly appreciated. Shortly after, Brad took over the diagnostic process and explained everything clearly and professionally: they would first test the charging port (a $114 replacement if needed), and if that didn’t solve the issue, they would move on to a power test to determine whether the logic board was damaged, which could cost around $348 plus labor.

I braced myself for the worst — but less than ten minutes later, Brad returned with my laptop fully working. No part needed replacement. No fee. Just honest, knowledgeable, efficient service.

They simply reset an internal component, the MacBook immediately began charging again, and they sent me on my way with a smile — without charging me anything at all.

In a world where tech repairs often come with unnecessary costs or uncertainty, this team showed real professionalism and genuine customer care. That alone deserves recognition.

Woody and Brad turned a stressful situation into a reassuring one, and I left not only with a functioning laptop, but with renewed trust in Apple’s service quality.

Lee, who works in the Customer Service desk, was the worst staff in Target I HAVE EVER SEEN.She was being rude, unwilling to provide assistance and yelled at me like “Why do you come to our store at this time every day” and technically yesterday was the second time I have ever talked to her. Leaving 5 stars because the manager Ashley in the Clothing section later provided exemplary customer service and assisted with a positive attitude.I’ve already filed a complaint with Target Guests Relation. If I do not end up getting a satisfactory response, I will keep in touch with the Guests Relation and post a video about the situation with the recording of our whole conversation starting from her yelling at me and refused to provide assistance.”

“I had a problem with my new Galaxy S25. The Home screen suddenly was different and I could not fix it. I brought it to verizon Center at Pentagon City / fashion Center in Arlington. The technician named Wayne identified an app that I had downloaded which had like a virus he got it repaired got rid crazy app it was ruining my phone and restored my s25 back to full function I'm very grateful to Wayne. He was very patient with me since I'm in the field of Medicine cell phone technology. But I depend upon my cell phone for use in my medical practice as well as everyday life. “A convenient, clean, well lit neighborhood 7-Eleven. Always open, rain or shine. The best part is they have Amazon Lockers inside. Easy return to Amazon or pick up. They do still have a sign up front telling people to wear face masks, but their staff stopped wearing masks. Several customers also do not wear masks any more.”

“I came in around 6:00pm Wednesday May 1 and to be completely honest they started out the month of May on a great note.They are very kind and under 1 minute exactly the line had around 8 people and they kept the checkout so convenient that It amazes me how fast and absurdly quick they managed their work.Their where 2 workers behind the counter so that had an affect.The customer appreciation let me write this positive review leaving me with intentions to come back again. “A truly marvelous establishment. I have spent much time loitering outside after dining here. If you plan on dining here, you will not likely need a reservation as the establishment is open at all times of day. If you are looking for a recommendation, I implore you; do try their roller dogs. They are simply divine, and you must make a trip to the far end of the store, where you will find the chili and cheese station. Add both, you will not regret it. If you are looking for something more sophisticated to garnish your dog with, look no further than table to the chili machines left, where you will find a bountiful harvest of onions, jalapeños, and sauces like mustard and ketchup. Suffice to say I WILL be dining here again. Just keep in mind, seating is limited, so loitering outside while you dine is encouraged.”
