I know how most of the games stores price their stuff cause I have friends in other states that own them and this place really low balls you in my opinion for trade-ins.- I'd recommend still checking out this place.”

Best decision ever…Definitely should have come here first! My daughter needed a new phone and Azim was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful with all the questions that I had for him. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and my daughter was super excited about her new iPhone 15 pro! Honestly, Verizon is quite lucky to have this gentleman Azim on their team! “Went to this store today to upgrade phones and get on a new phone plan. The customer service we received was nothing short of spectacular. John went above and beyond to help us start the new plan, get the best deals possible on our new phones, and transfer all of our data. It was a very busy day in the store/ w Verizon corporate, and he was doing a great job helping multiple people at once and expediting what he could. Although we primarily dealt with John, we also interacted with Anthony and watched him deal patiently with customers who came in with questions not necessarily related to Verizon service- he kindly answered them and explained thoroughly to ensure they were able to leave with some sort of solution or advice. John and Anthony held it down on a very busy day and I’m glad we got to work with them. We’ll surely be back for all of our Verizon needs! Thanks for everything John!”

“This store is fantastic, and it's because of the people. I went in with my father in law, and we had a complex issue related to elderly relatives who were T Mobile customers. No one on the phone could help us, so we went to the store. Synthya spent almost an hour with us and solved all of our problems. She patiently listened to the issue and suggested solutions. She worked with us until they were implemented to our satisfaction, and made sure we didn't have any other questions. “Fairfax Antenna did a great job for us. Our TV antenna wires (installed by another company) came loose from the house wall, and they re-attached them and disguised them behind downspouts better than the original installation. In addition, our Verizon Fios cable had also come loose, and Verizon never caulked the hole where the cable enters the house. Fairfax Antenna reattached those wires, made a drip loop, and caulked the hole. They were great to work with and I'd hire them again in an instant.”
