I was visiting Arlington, VA. I dropped my phone twice in a day and I could no longer receive a call. I panicked and called Cell Depot. Amar said to bring it right away and he could possibly take a look at it. He was 15 min. away. I was staying at AirBnB.
He diagnosed it and said everything was working on my phone. I was puzzled. Then he said the phone reception must be bad where you were when the phone couldn't make a phone call.
He showed me how it was working just fine. Therefore no need for a repair. Also he told me that my iPhone battery was old and he recommended a new one soon but it was not the reason for the phone acting up.
He did not hard-sell me the new battery and he took time explaining the condition of my phone battery. He also said that a bad connection was probably the reason for calls failing. He was right. I had a bad connection for my AT&T phone at my AirBnB place. I had assumed it was not working because I dropped my phone twice that day.
I asked him to install a new battery since I was impressed with his attitude of no hard-sell. He was very helpful and patient with a very anxious, upset customer (me!).
I highly recommend him. While I was waiting for him to install a new battery, Another customer came in and raved about him. Yep. I knew I came to the right store.”

Went to this Arlington Va location yesterday to upgrade my phone and AirPods I was assisted by Keenan his customer service was on 1000% he helped me get a new iPhone, AirPods, plan upgrade and a couple other things for like $380 he was so very detailed and knowledgeable that he was able to explain to me how I could get a even higher trade in value for my phone by upgrading my plan so I was able to get my new iPhone for way cheaper then he pointed out how my employer gets a 15% discount on the monthly bill so essentially even though i upgraded I would still be paying around the same price

I visited the Apple Store in Clarendon (Arlington, VA) on October 31st, 2025, after my MacBook Air (2019) suddenly stopped charging through both USB-C ports. I had already tried different chargers, outlets, and even an SMC reset, but nothing worked. The battery was down to about 30% and draining, so I needed same-day help before the laptop died completely.
I arrived around 7 p.m., worried and fully prepared for the possibility of an expensive repair or even a full logic board replacement — and with no expectation that it would be ready the same day, especially on Halloween night.
However, from the moment I walked in, the experience was exceptional. It genuinely felt like entering a place where people care about you and are ready to help.
I was first greeted by Woody, who was friendly, welcoming, and even spoke some Spanish, which I truly appreciated. Shortly after, Brad took over the diagnostic process and explained everything clearly and professionally: they would first test the charging port (a $114 replacement if needed), and if that didn’t solve the issue, they would move on to a power test to determine whether the logic board was damaged, which could cost around $348 plus labor.
I braced myself for the worst — but less than ten minutes later, Brad returned with my laptop fully working. No part needed replacement. No fee. Just honest, knowledgeable, efficient service.
They simply reset an internal component, the MacBook immediately began charging again, and they sent me on my way with a smile — without charging me anything at all.
In a world where tech repairs often come with unnecessary costs or uncertainty, this team showed real professionalism and genuine customer care. That alone deserves recognition.
Woody and Brad turned a stressful situation into a reassuring one, and I left not only with a functioning laptop, but with renewed trust in Apple’s service quality.

The technician named Wayne identified an app that I had downloaded which had like a virus he got it repaired got rid crazy app it was ruining my phone and restored my s25 back to full function I'm very grateful to Wayne. He was very patient with me since I'm in the field of Medicine cell phone technology. But I depend upon my cell phone for use in my medical practice as well as everyday life.
