“I've bought my shoes here for 10+ years and have had no less than five resoles on a few pairs. They come back almost brand new. On the last resole, they weren't able to complete it for some reason so they sent me a brand new pair. They also worked with me on a return where I had an issue with the receipt. Great service great product.”

“My son plays AAU basketball and we went to champs in Pentagon City to checkout some shoes for his upcoming season. This was hands-down the best customer service we ever experienced when it came to purchasing shoes for him. Troy at Champs went over every Basketball shoe sharing with my son the different benefits of each shoe and listening to what it was that he liked. Have been in contact with VA Legends through Instagram for the past couple of days with the interest of purchasing a special pair of sneakers that I have been in search for in my size for a couple of years. “I’ve shopped Loft for years and am happy with that brand. I’m posting because I wanted to leave a GOOD review for the staff at this location (at least in my experience today).To be clear, I’m not talking about the rep on the other line of the 800 number I called to work out a payment issue—he was rude and short with me.The actual sales rep at the store I worked with today was helpful, patient, and kind to my child. When I asked about a return on an order, she was pleasant and polite the entire time. The other reps in store were friendly, too.”

“Freaking awesome! Caesar is one cool Kat. I believe he is in charge- if he isn't he should be. Anyhoo - I made a purchase here for a pricey item. I am fiscally responsible - cheap. I make informed decisions because "house money" is nonexistent these days. Caesar made it easy. I asked him to see what I wanted to see and he helped me make the best choice possible. He wasn't pushy - he was laid back. I went recently to make a purchase and the young lady that helped me was equally awesome. She has that laid back I am not going to ram these shoes down your throat attitude. I miss places like this. Thank you Journey's Pentagon y'all have done a great job with the folks you've hired especially Caesar!”

“I always go into a shoe store knowing what shoe I want but this time when I went in I told my same sells person Mini that the last pair shoes hurt my feet, developed achilles, tendon pain and knee. Both sells persons suggested I get fitted on the machine. That was the best thing I could have ever done. I've been by the wrong shoe. However, in time feet and shoe technology changes. But the shoes she suggested and the on I pick has made a big difference. I'm walking faster on my walk and less pain in my knee.”
