“My favorite full service gas station in all of Northern Virginia. Been going here since they opened a number of years ago. Nice location across from One Loudoun and the station is well maintained inside and out. Several of the staff have worked there for years and know many of their customers like myself. This station participates in the "GetUpside" app that gives really nice discounts on your gas purchases.”
“I am so happy the Rubino's family decided to open up these wawa/sheetz business model gas stations. The interior is very inviting and clean. I liked exploring what they have in this mini mart.You order your food through a touch screen kiosk. They gave a bunch of stations so you can take your time deciding what to get.I've tried a variety of items here and will list off my favorites. Their Philly cheesesteaks are really good and rival the other shops around the area (rai's)and a good value. The pizza is tasty. The funnel fries and fried oreos are delicious and a great way to end your meal.Overall, I highly recommend checking this place out. Food comes out fast and quality is high.”
“Store is below average than a normal 7-11 you would expect. But the attached Exxon gas station is brand new! The car wash facility is also reasonably good for a quick wash. Not too many people in the car wash line.”
“Stop in today on my way to the emergency room with my daughter. Met Gaile and Paulette, whose customer service was AMAZING! I had two of my kids with me, and often times it can be stressful taking them into a gas station. Gaile especially never once made me feel like I was an inconvience. Gaile and Paulette were both kind, and even when Paulette got yelled out by a customer, both of them carried on with such grace! It was inspiriring!! My 4 year old claims he made 2 new friends, and I will make sure to stop at this Royal Farm whenever I’m in the area!!!”
“Back again to this store in less than 30 minutes. Needed to fill up my car this time. I can picture many people thinking about using the company's gas card as times get harder. This government shutdown is a major pain in the a*** Enough of politics.... I look at the wall of cigars and cigarettes and wonder if they will truly disappear with vaping on the rise. No...smoking cigarettes and cigars are not going to vanish. It just a matter of time before you buy vaping products at gasoline stations.”

“A very pleasant 7-Eleven for a pitstop. Workers are usually very pleasant and courteous. Shelves are always well stocked with lots of options for snacks. But best of all they have a real Slurpee machine! And they keep it clean and loaded with some great flavors.”

“We had a great experience at this Pharmacy, Amin helped us make sure our insurance went through and was giving such great attention to all customers. I was really impressed by the staff and service on a holiday. This isn't our regular pharmacy but it was open on the holiday when ours was closed. They helped us transfer the prescription and took great care of us!”

“Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews but maybe it was just because it was my first time going to this CVS, but I went through the drive thru to pick up my prescription and was greeted by the tech who was very friendly and personable through the whole transaction. There was a car in front of us and it took probably less than 5 minutes for them to be waited on. I saw no issues at all.”
“I’ve lived in ashburn for years and started going here since covid of 2020. I haven’t had the greatest experiences here with my prescriptions in stock or wait time but today changed my mind. I had a prescription for 400 dollars and the wonderful pharmacist Prasanna got it down the 30 dollars with coupons. She is the nicest women and made my week. Everyone needs to give this place another shot and just be patient!”
