“I worked with Todd for a custom green suit for my wedding day and I’m very happy I did. I got many comments at the wedding on what an excellent suit I had, and I was thrilled to show off the many unique touches Todd included like a statement lapel buttonhole and my name monogramed inside the jacket. He was very easy to work with and came right to my house to do my measurements. When the suit arrived he brought it to my house and made a few additional adjustments with no extra charge and delivered the final suit directly to me a few days later. I highly recommend his services!”

“I stopped by Men’s Wearhouse today with only about 15 minutes to spare and let the associate, Clay, know I was on a tight schedule. I already knew what I wanted but needed help pulling the right pieces together, making sure everything fit, and getting checked out quickly.
Clay took the challenge with enthusiasm and absolutely delivered. He found every item I needed in the exact colors I was looking for and made sure everything fit perfectly. In just a few minutes, he had me fully outfitted with a jacket, pants, shirt, belt, and tie — and looking incredible.
I really appreciate his professionalism, efficiency, and expertise. Clay did an outstanding job and made what could have been a stressful visit incredibly smooth. Highly recommend working with him.”

I've shopped here since high school so a hot minute and always loved when the girls were super into helping you pick out outfits just because or for an event. I come here before every big trip and always get a huge haul every time. Last few times the staff was fine but weren't jumping up to help and curating the perfect outfit for whatever you need it for. But this time, the Manager (sorry I never caught your name but w the beautiful emerald engagement ring) you were so sweet and enthused helping pick out ideas for our Portland trip. Besides the obvious amazing clothing options, that's what I always loved most about the store all these years. Y'all make it fun and super easy w the very best options. Thank you!! “Love their shorts, very well made for active wear. Did not have success with pants or sweatpants, not as well made and on the short side. My biggest complaint is how hard it was to cancel, the rep kept insisting on making me offers until I had to keep repeating, just cancel my subscription over and over. Felt like I was trying to cancel my sirus subscription.”

“This was my first best experience at an h&m store in the United States. This place has good helpful staff as well as a good collection of clothes. The prices of the clothes were very reasonable and they had a wide range of clothes and availability of different sizes was a plus at this store. The store was well organised and the clothes were kept properly unlike the other store of h&m I have been to with no helping staff and clothes lying on the floor.”

“Needed new pants for my son's gray homecoming suit since he outgrew them. Gray was not in stock in the store, any surrounding stores, or online. Manager, Taylor Hall, did an exceptional job working with us and fitting my son for different options. Was about to purchase a new navy-colored suit when we thought to get a picture of his date's dress to make sure the color would be good. The dress was royal blue so navy was a no-go. Ultimately ended up with a new black suit at a very fair sale price. Thank you Taylor for your assistance!”

“The good: they have a ton of boots to try on, etc. Have purchased several pairs of boots here. Always dealt with helpful staff.
Docking a star because on my most recent purchase I noticed the in-store price was $20 bucks higher than the online price of the boots I ended up buying. The manager came in and adjusted the price but be sure to check what you are buying! Manager apologized but there needs to be consistency between online and in store advertised prices.”
