“I recently went in with a bunch of phone questions and two employees, Kaif and Nayeem, were the most helpful people ever. Not only did they answer all my questions, they help me troubleshoot some issues when joining Metro. I will recommend this particular Metro to anyone hoping to get an easy transition to a new phone line. I am so grateful for my positive experience. As someone who works in retail it is always so great to feel taken care of. Both employees were bilangual as well so they helped in THREE whole langauges. Anyways, I had a 10/10 experience and I highly recommend. THANK YOU GUYS!!!!! :D”

“We had to wait for close to 15 minutes, BUT Alex was excellent at helping us the second he was available. He was very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the products, the best plan which would fit our needs, and knew which accessories would last longer. I have a background in retail, so waiting for an associate happens a lot since customers can come into a store at the same time. I don’t have any real negative things to say.”
