“Needed to get screen protector and case for phone. At first she didn't think she had one and and she was really looking for it but could not find it. She called the person and they told her that they had shipments that they hadn't opened. Lo and behold she found a screen protector and phone case for my phone. I was happy about that because my phone was unprotected in both ways and I didn't want it's a brand new phone. So I thank them for looking for stuff you know patience and all in contact and others besides just saying oh no we don't have it in sending people away every day this service.”

“We tried 3 other times to set up my new phone & nobody was able to help us. We went into the store in Shortpump & were greeted as soon as we opened the door by Cristy Porter. She had THE most upbeat & bubbly personality, which you hardly ever see anymore in retail. She was able to set up my new phone and got all of MY pics, videos & voicemails that mean the world to me, transferred over. More stores should have employees that take as much pride in their jobs, as much as Ms. Porter does. I can’t thank her ENOUGH for getting it done for me!!!”

“This location is always about taking care of their customers! Unlike the Mineral (off Kentucky Springs Rd in Louisa, Virginia!They have the worst customer service EVER in there!
