The Cricket store had friendly customer service and a great experience for all. The awesome lady and the sales associate helped with knowledgeable and professional service. The store got a quickly replacement phone and well stocked accessories. The gentleman at the store had the best customer service and helped very well. Service was five stars and the store was clean and well stocked. The sales associate could use more accessories for phones in stock.
Shout out to Henry who took my call and the awesome lady who let me hug her after dropping off years of boxed, original Cricket phones my father had stored. I had to clean out his estate and didn’t know where to begin. THANK YOU, Cricket!
