“This location is always about taking care of their customers! Unlike the Mineral (off Kentucky Springs Rd in Louisa, Virginia!They have the worst customer service EVER in there! It used to be somewhat decent.The last year, it has gone down hill with their employees! I went in with a huge problem and they looked at me like I just asked them for an organ donation! A deer in the headlights if you will look! Not one of them knew anything about what I was asking them!They couldn't even figure out how to get to my account!Abso-freaking-lutely worthless! I can sit at a desk all day and tell customers," I don't know " all day! Where do I apply for work?!”

“We came for a promotional deal left with a $152.00 phone. His phone just has been acting real foolish for a while. Just couldn't take the dialing of random people any more.”

“Yesterday, I went into this store to buy an affordable phone and I left with a PHONE and a TABLET for an incredible price, I am telling you I am so happy with how much I paid for these devices!!! Gabby and Brenda were the two delightful young ladies who helped me and they gave me a discount of $30 monthly discount because they applied for the ACP(something I didn’t know I qualified for) but thanks to them I’m now getting the best Metro by T mobile monthly plan for only half of the price, Gabby even walked me out of the door to help me with my bags the customer service here is amazing. Very very satisfied!!!!!!!”

“I'm a fan of this Walmart Supercenter in Ashland. It's just around the corner from my hotel where I stayed over the weekend. This Supercenter is smaller than I used to in Texas. But it has everything I needed and more. I have been looking for wheel cover all over the place (I'm not from this area). I felt so lucky to pick one from many selections on the shelf. I actually came here during Tropical Depression 16 on Saturday September 23. Right in the middle of my shopping trip, the rain started to pour. Non-stop for over an hour. I was glad there were no roof leaks at the Ashland Walmart Supercenter. I stayed for as long as I could, like shop till you drop. Employees were friendly and I had no issues (Asians are rarely seen in this part of town). If I stay in Ashland next time, I would come back for fruits to eat at hotel.”
