“We just recently moved from Delaware to Virginia, and on our way back Delaware for an important meeting, I had a flat tire. Luckily, I saw this Shell Gas Station with repair services. I spoke to the guy at the counter and asked if they can fix my flat asap because I have to drive back to Delaware for an important meeting. At first he said 45 mins but will see if there’s anything he can do. Went back to my vehicle and 2 mins after, a mechanic walked towards me and fixed my tire. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry that I wasn’t able to get the name of the guy, but hey, you got another customer because we moved 2 mins away from the shop. Thank you for being considerate.”

“I rarely write reviews, but I had such a positive experience at Anderson Sunoco Gas Station & Auto Repair in Arlington, VA that I had to share. I want to give a huge shout-out to Victor, who went above and beyond to help me with my car. He was not only knowledgeable and efficient but also incredibly honest — which, as many of us know, is not always easy to find in auto repair.
Victor took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me honest advice about what really needed to be done (and what didn’t), and made sure I left feeling confident and taken care of. There was no pressure, no upselling, just genuine help and great service.

“All the excellent reviews are correct! I called them up for some 75000 mile maintenance and they got me in the next day. Let them know just to fix whatever needs fixing, but it turns out all I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. So nice to have a mechanic that you can trust. Plus, Mo gave me a free diet coke when I picked up the car. Sometimes, it's the little things that set people above the rest. Thank you!”

“Fun giant wheel, carousel ride. Beautiful walkway on the water. Clean restrooms... bring your own chairs,mat n enjoy the movie/ concerts on the open stage area. Carousel ride for $7 for unlimited number of rides. Area to sit and chill. Benches with umbrella near the carousel,just benches on the walkway n nearby area facing the water. Beautiful and calm place to hang out. Rental Water rides, scooter. Beautiful sunset”

“Just want to thank KC Automotive for helping me last week. I had been to another gas station but the air pump malfunctioned. I went to KC Automotive looking for an air pump. I didn't see a public air pump but the mechanic asked me if I needed air in my tires. I said yes and he told me to pull up to the garage bay and he checked all of my tires for me and put air in them. I was grateful and will keep KC in mind when I need automotive service.”
“There are several rows of gas pumps. And the rows each have three pumps in each row. Because the rows are three vehicles deep, it can be challenging to see when the gas pump a few cars ahead are available. The service attendant flagged me to move ahead to a vacant gas pump. This was helpful and appreciated.”

“I’ve always had a good experience here. Last week, I went in for an oil change. Per usual, the team was incredibly helpful and even fixed my windshield wipers free of charge bc they were worn. That of course should not be the expectation but speaks the integrity of the operation.”

“Consistently lowest fuel prices in Old Town Alexandria. They also do Virginia state safety and emissions inspections. Only downsides: Parking lot is a little tight, and the tap to pay function doesn't work on all pumps.”

“Our motoring family had our cars serviced with Rolling Rd. Sunoco for more than 15 years. Their automotive maintenace service have always been consistently efficient, prompt, honest & family oriented. Quite frankly I myself have not been back for perhaps over 2 yrs, because my car is new & I still avail of its factory/ dealer periodic service. But recently one of its tire sustained an irreparable puncture & needed replacement. I brought the car to 2 tire centers & both explained that the puncture site being conspicuous on the side wall of the tire, & therefore unrepairable. I didn’t mind having the tire replaced, but both centers were insistent on replacing the
damaged tire with a different brand (& not matching the original Toyo tires). So, I brought the car to Rolling Rd. Sunoco where I was promptly given a reasonable quote of a new matching Toyo tire, to be delivered the following day. I brought the car back that day and the tire was installed within an hour.

“me and my mom will come here for what i call 'fort belvoir fridays' it is always such a good time i get excited seeing the base (the military was tough at times but i always made it through and i definitely think it improved my life one quote that has stuck with me so much is colin powell 'No matter how hungry you all are, lieutenant, you must never appear hungry. No matter how terrified you are, lieutenant, you must never look terrified. Because if you are scared, tried, hungry and cold…. they will be scared, tired, hungry and cold." i really feel for people on that one when i was in the signal corps doing morning formations) and i have a deep appreciation for the military as well to think of soldiers standing up for the country values or the fun side too being overseas living in germany or hearing of people getting korea as their duty station i have somewhat of a understanding for the lifestyle (i sympathize when i see people who look like they are hanging on to their job and where they live or think it's cool when i see the longterm personnel who adapt to that way of living pt the unit many years of commitment and even 'indoctrination' where too mil and affiliates can solve all my problems) um one thing that'll be real cool here is when we look around we'll also see other guests and i'll be reminded of like being in tradoc and getting your civilians or nco's and being stationed somewhere else it was georgia & germany mostly for me ft meade too the cashiers here have been phenomenal with their professionalism and demeanor a guy like a statue i'll definitely daydream about stuff like the hot gas station food or when i was in the barracks so this will be a pitstop i had mused about meeting people (i am pretty anchored here and thought i could be useful but then again i am a veteran and out) but heard warnings about that or also not wanting complaints for example”
