“Very belated review, but I stopped by here on the afternoon of June 27, 2025 after hearing noise from my tires on my way out of DC. Being from North Carolina, I could not afford to wait too long for the issue to get diagnosed and resolved. I explained my situation to Kalab, who was very gracious to expedite my repair. After spending the night in Arlington, the car was ready by 1pm the next day, and I was able to return to North Carolina by nightfall of the 28th. 10/10 would recommend for exceptional and honest service!”
“I've worked with them for years and generally trusted them. But I recently paid thousands for a suspension and power steering repair only to run into more problems afterwards. They were willing to verify the repairs but basically said I was SOL.
Further, they wanted to charge me $80 for a cabin air filter replacement which is just insulting. Filters are cheap and take 2 minutes to install.”

“I went to the Exxon due to my alternator being faulty. When I went to them, they said I could bring it first thing tomorrow morning and have it done by close of business. They were so professional, personable, and helped me at an extreme reasonable price and are veteran/law enforcement friendly. They had it done before close and I was so grateful. Without asking them they had vacuumed my car and gave me an air freshener for free. The little things like this really made my day. I will be coming back for every car need!”

“Unless you are a boat owner you won't find this gem...free parking, ample space for everyone, and reasonable prices are a few highlights....all foreign concepts to those in the DMV..:we stumbled here while visiting Lady Bird Johnson park and I've been coming back every since. You can fish here, walk, ride bikes, get a drink, and bring your family. There are bathrooms and picnic tables for those interested. You can also use boatsetter to rent a boat...perfect for new water beginners. Ask for Keke if you go to the island time bar and grill”
“It was great to see a gas station open this early in the morning. A lot of stations in Virginia close overnight so early trips to the airport with a rental is very challenging getting gas.”

“If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Abdullah, the small cute guy, didn’t just sell me a product—he sold me an unforgettable experience. He strolled up with this big, bright smile like he was the CEO of charm, and before I knew it, I was ready to buy whatever he was selling. Midway through his pitch, he hit me with, “You know, the owner might give me a five-dollar tip if you write me a good review.” FIVE DOLLARS?! Are you kidding me? This tiny, adorable hustler is out here working like a legend for pocket change! At that moment, I knew two things: (1) Abdullah deserves that tip, and (2) the owner needs to stop playing and give this man a RAISE. Honestly, this guy could sell ice to a penguin or sand to a beach—he’s that good. So, dear owner, don’t just give him five bucks; slap a few extra zeroes on his paycheck. If Abdullah doesn’t get a promotion, I’ll start a petition. 10/10, would buy again, just to support this hardworking icon. Abdullah, you’re a star!”
“I had a great experience getting my state inspection done here. The process was quick, smooth, and very professional from start to finish. Muhammad Haroon was especially helpful throughout the entire visit. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making the process feel stressful or confusing.
You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. The inspection was done efficiently, and I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but Muhammad Haroon definitely provided it. I’ll absolutely be coming back in the future and would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a state inspection.”

“Clean bathrooms! That's the most important component to a gas station. If you think it's the gas, you're kidding yourself. We all need a clean bathroom and safe environment, and this Exxon has both. This will be my go-to rest stop next time I'm in the area.”
“This location is a easy in and out to get gas or to got to the store. Store can be a little slow to check out as it seems to have a high turn over / training employees. Store is clean and well stocked, and you can get your regular 7-11 items. Coffee always seems stocked and fresh Over all a good place to stop and get what you might need.”

“A top-notch gas station. The nice employee behind the counter, and the manager (Mr. Mahdi), both saved this lady in distress. My tires were super low on air. The manager went above and beyond to help me fix this. He was so considerate regarding my situation, even offering me refreshments.

“It is conveniently located, near a 4-way intersection. Usually the prices are competitive and I pump 93 (only premium grade available here). The have three rows x 2 pumps and have air compressor for tires. I have used the fuel in my alfa romeo and could feel the quiter engine and slightly improved performance (full pedal), not much change on the mileage side but that depends on driving style. The exxon premium just works, and highly recommended if you have a turbocharged sports car.”
“I could not believe what I read when I saw the first review that was bad. Very obvious, it’s written by another mechanic that failed to compete. lol
Let me tell you something: I have never seen such a mechanic as HENOK. Not only is he the neatest mechanic, I have ever seen but also so humble, down to earth, honest and committed! No wonder the place is full of cars waiting for him. I had complicated issues with my Lincoln mkz 2019. I came here twice after being referred by other friends. The first time, he did the best job. Other mechanic saw the work when my car broke down else where for other reasons and confirmed, it was the best work done! . And they couldn’t fix the problem so I brought the car alll the way to him again. Believe it or not, my car is running now better than when I bought it! The guy is absolutely fantastic. All the people waiting agree with me that there is no-one like him. He is an outstanding sophisticated mechanic. You want to leave, he tells you to wait, to do some quality checks and spends more time end effort in his work. Do not miss out on Henok. He does so much more than you came for. The money that he charges is way less than it supposed to. Have you cars treated by him ONLY! I’m telling you!”

“This Sunoco station in Arlington is super convenient and one of my go-to spots for gas. The prices are consistently lower than many other stations in the area, which is a big plus. With 12 pumps, it's easy to pull in and fuel up without having to wait.
The attached convenience store is small but has all the essentials—snacks, drinks, and even an ATM. They also sell bags of ice, which is a nice bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a reliable and hassle-free stop!”
