Quality varies, but there's plenty of name brands.
The store is attractive. It's like Marshalls, but outdoors -oriented. Actually part of TJ Maxx/Marshalls group.
Staff that helped were friendl and attentive , but seemed not completely aware of what all is in there.
I was looking for something specific that they did not stock. I did find a number of items that I had been eyeing for some time and so snapped them up at a discount
It must be a nightmare restoring order after a busy sales day.”

“Lots of deals. Lots of popular items. Word to the wise, if you see something you like you better get it. It's not guaranteed to be there if you leave without it and come back another time.”
“Costco gas is consistently less expensive, especially for 93 octane. Over time I have found 87 to be .10 - .20 less than traditional gas stations, and .25 - .50 less for 93. The pumps themselves work well and a tap of your Costco credit card gets you an additional 4% back.Having said that, the 4% back is available at all gas stations and there can be lines here during busy hours, especially weekends. If a 15 gallon fill-up of 87 saves only $1.50, but someone spends 10 minutes waiting for a pump to open, is the time lost worth the relatively small discount? That varies for everyone. If your time is limited and you cannot pump outside of the busiest times, it’s not actually a value. For me, I can time my visits so Costco gets the lion share of my gas dollar, and I prefer supporting Costco anyway.”

“I always love this store they have the best items that are festive for every holiday and are very affordable at that. Some of these items you cannot get anywhere else but here. Will be posting pictures from my Google Drive of last year's Christmas items. I forgot my phone this time so I couldn't take pictures unfortunately. They always have specials and the prices are unbeatable. I am a customer for life and would recommend this place to everybody.”
“Had a great time at Big Lots buying baby clothes. However, some of the baby clothes are not true to size, so you have to buy the sleepers a little larger then the actual sizes the baby wears.
Otherwise, it's a nice store. They don't have a lot of stuff in stock, but what they have is reasonable.”

“Witness another customer being deranged with the manager and she handled it better than what i would of ! If youre already getting a deal on your stuff how much more of a deal do you want ? But this is my favorite store its well stocked organized and theyre always willing to help”
“I wasn’t able to do the Kohls feedback survey in time, but I did want to shout out Maureen who worked on 8/13. My mother, brother, and I went shopping at Kohls at my suggestion. He was going off to college in a few days and needed new clothes. We were in there for a few hours finding everything we needed, and meanwhile my mom’s phone died. She didn’t think anything of it until she realized partway through checkout that her card was in her digital wallet. It was a very large order that we ended up splitting three ways. All throughout, Maureen was professional and kind. I know it must have been frustrating at 8:30 pm having a line of people and then us holding up the line unintentionally all scrambling to figure something out for payments. I later thanked Maureen for being so kind- she had given my mother such grace. (And earlier that day we had unexpectedly had to put my mom’s cat down- So mom was not in the best of headspaces to begin with.) Maureen deserves praise and recognition for her positive attitude and willingness to help make the situation better. Thank you, Maureen!”
“Davin in lingerie was such a great help- she did a bra fitting for me and helped me to figure out what the best brand for my fit was. She was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and even though I probably tried on 50 bras- she maintained the professionalism and kindness never making me feel bad. “I’ve been going to this T.J. Maxx for a few years now, and I’ve always appreciated how clean and well-organized it is. The clothing area is great, making it easy to find new pieces and discover different options. The home section can get a bit cluttered sometimes, but I’m fairly certain it’s more about inattentive shoppers than the staff.
Speaking of the staff, as much as I really like the store, they are the real reason this review has five stars. They’re lovely, incredibly nice, attentive, professional, and helpful.
A quick note, because I was really impressed by this: not too long ago, I was there at opening time. The staff was having their morning huddle, and I was nearby when I heard the (I think) store manager saying something like, “Don’t find reasons to say no. Find reasons to say yes” regarding, I believe, how to interact with clients and their requests.
Aside from the fact that now I feel like I should have the phrase tattooed somewhere on me, I think that the attitude and philosophy behind that simple comment not only speaks volumes about effective store management, but also showcases attention and care for the shoppers’ experience. So many kudos to the (again, maybe) store manager for the unexpected pill of wisdom at 9:30 in the morning—and many thanks to the staff who work here, for making shopping at this T.J. Maxx always a nice experience.”
“We live in Lake Ridge and that was the first time that we went to Watan Market in Richmond. Very nice customer service . We ordered Bolanii and Qabli! Wowww both were delicious Specifically Bolani (gandana and potatoes) . Thin , crispy and VERY tasty . Also the price of Bolani shocked us . $4.00 for one . Other Afghan Stores in our area their a Bolani Price is $10.00 for one , very thick . I definitely recommend any one who lives or pass the area to visit the Store.”

“I like going to Ross and will visit several different locations arousing horse searching for specific apparel. The best time to go is when the seasons change and like now before winter sets in you'll find sweaters jackets and cold weather apparel in this region of the Northeast and a little down to Florida. Because items same to move pretty fast I will call it scoring a deal. I purchased items to redecorate my home and picked up a couple of lamps scatter rugs/ area rugs and pillows. It has spoiled me regarding apparel and what I can and cannot do without. The only thing that I miss is leather handbags. I don't do vegan leather does not leather or retro leather which is not leather. If they were to do a better design and look of replicating leather I would be okay and I like durability. I've noticed that some of the jackets and designers are doing a lot better than pleather. They could apply the same technique to the handbags. I used to frequent TJ Maxx and Marshalls every week but fine practically the same items at Ross for Less and that's the name of the store. ? whenever I travel and have time I visit at least one rose. I have purchased shoes by designers and great apparel. These days you can't look for certain designers only because some of the other garments are pretty good and quality. Definitely worth a browse, but make room in your trunk just in case you find a deal. They even have art supplies and crafting supplies, journals and wall art. Have fun!?”

This is not the store I normally go to but stopped while on my way somewhere and was impressed with how nice it was. This past Saturday when I went out Christmas Shopping I made a point of driving to your store. It was a great shopping experience. “I always love TJ Maxx. I had never been to the one in Short Pump until yesterday. It's a really nice well organized store. I came in for my favorite Humble deodorant and got that and started looking through the makeup. I always look for eye shadow palettes and Buxom lip products. I found most of the makeup geared towards darker skin with bright colors and brown lipsticks. I saw some light shades of pink in Buxom but not what I was looking for. I move on to body wash, hand soap and lotions and was pleasantly surprised at all of the lovely selections. I chose a few things here. The food selection was minimal compared to other TJ Maxx stores. I usually stock up on items here that I usually don't find at any other store. I move on to the pet area which was nice. I found my favorite Sand and Fog dog shampoo in a very large bottle for only $12.99. I have two small dogs and this will last for awhile and it smelled amazing! My boyfriend was waiting in the car because we had my two dogs and he had a guy begging for money outside the car and kept yelling at him and harassing other customers in the parking lot. He warned me while I was in the store that this was happening and told me to be careful. As I was just finishing up shopping he texted again and said the guy was coming into the store and to be aware. I made sure to carefully find my way to the register, check out and leave. My suggestions would be to try and stock a variety of colors on makeup and food items. Please keep an eye on your surroundings at all times inside and outside any store because you just never know. Predators are everywhere.”

“I'm writing this review because I was helped by Ms. Cindy who went above and beyond to help me find what I needed :) I was looking for a specific top that only had one in stock left at this location, so it was a treasure hunt. Ms. Cindy was very patient and helpful to the point where she even assisted me in the search all the way to the fitting room rerack pile. We did end up finding it in less than 10 minutes. Overall I was super satisfied with the service of this Target!”
“You can’t go to any department store where they take your clothes and hang them up so pretty!!! The dressing room is so clean and luxurious compared to the rest of the clothing stores that are left. This is such a nice place to shop. The manager, Lauren is so sweet she always helps to find me just what I need. She makes me feel like I actually matter as a customer. I love coming here. The ladies do a nice job here. Highly recommend it.
