It was nice to witness a positive team atmosphere. The store was clean and organized. I bought 2 large rugs and 2 lamps. Once I got home, I noticed one lamp was damaged, so just make sure 5o double-check your items. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll be a frequent customer”

“Costco gas is consistently less expensive, especially for 93 octane. Over time I have found 87 to be .10 - .20 less than traditional gas stations, and .25 - .50 less for 93. The pumps themselves work well and a tap of your Costco credit card gets you an additional 4% back.Having said that, the 4% back is available at all gas stations and there can be lines here during busy hours, especially weekends. If a 15 gallon fill-up of 87 saves only $1.50, but someone spends 10 minutes waiting for a pump to open, is the time lost worth the relatively small discount? That varies for everyone. If your time is limited and you cannot pump outside of the busiest times, it’s not actually a value. For me, I can time my visits so Costco gets the lion share of my gas dollar, and I prefer supporting Costco anyway.”

“Shopped in the home department today and Ava was amazing! Dillards is known for great service and she didn’t disappoint while helping me accomplish everything that I needed to redecorate my home. This store is a larger Dillards than I am used to and the selection was good with lots of special sales in cosmetics, purses and more. What I loved about this store was each department had professionals who were happy to help and have helpful conversations. I had two Cmas returns and it was simply painless.Well done to the leadership team—-you must have the secret sauce!!!”

I have now purchased 3 throw blankets, because I always find the best ones there. Beautiful, oversized, super plush blankets and the selection is amazing. I also buy the dog’s treats from Gabe’s. The prices are well below what you pay elsewhere. You can buy everything at Gabe’s except fresh produce.”

“One of my favorite stores. Went in last night Dec. 23 at 10:40 got what I needed. Of course everyone was last minute Xmas shopping for an item. Found it! Line was already long when I got there, only two workers at the cash register. Finally got to the cashier and I can’t the overwhelming feeling she had dealing with everything but what a very personal and professional lady she was. She apologized for the wait, which I didn’t mind. She was friendly and sweet. It was late, I’m sure she was super tired but it didn’t stop her for being the best! Thank you”

The women’s foundation had a great selection and clearance is meticulously organized by a wonderful Associate . My checkout was wonderful when I find my receipt I will update here name . What was disappointing. was the jewelry department the displays were neat but had also were dated and had paint on them . Men’s was nice and they have a big and tall.”

“This Costco is easier to traverse, manages both gas lines and checkout lines better than West Broad. Although I find employees to be friendlier overall at the West Broad location. However, Hunter did do a great job at customer service and was very helpful at resolving our inquiries. The two local locations do carry different things so be mindful of what you look for and be aware that just because one location has it doesn't mean the other will.”

“They used to be better. I used to find lots of UVA clothing there. Now, you can only find odd non-regional sports clothing. The prices are still good. You can find a lot of different things. It’s always worth a look around.”
