“I had a wonderful experience renting from the Avis location at Fair Oaks Mall. I accidentally showed up a day early for my reservation and didn’t realize my mistake until I got there. Fortunately, Habtom, the gentleman who helped me, was incredibly kind and accommodating.
Even though their car inventory was limited that day, he went out of his way to find me a vehicle and actually gave me a very nice car—probably nicer than what I would have had originally. What I appreciated most was how patient and gentle he was throughout the process. He clearly wanted to make sure I had the best experience possible.
