The rep who handled my paperwork is named Michael and he was kind, expedient, funny, and thorough in explaining the paperwork. The car I received was clean, easy to drive, and though I had to extend it a week beyond my original time, there were no issues in doing so.I hope my car doesn't have issues in the near future, but if so, I'm only renting from one place, Enterprise.”

I never even met Jen this was all through call/text she was always on top of it and got back to me ASAP and was so incredibly nice helpful. Staff are friendly & helpful. Reserved cars are a quick check-in/-out. Office is very small, inside lobby of a hotel, but sufficient (better than being isolated from other busn that may be open/closed).”
