“I had a really smooth experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. After my insurance company arranged the reservation, I called the location and Collen answered the phone. Since my insurance only covered part of the rental cost, I asked for an economy car, and he confirmed availability for me.
When I arrived at the location, the pickup process was quick and hassle-free. The car met my needs and worked out well during my rental period. When it was time to return the vehicle, Collen assisted me again, and everything went just as smoothly. The billing was clear and easy to understand, which I really appreciated.
Overall, a straightforward and pleasant experience—thanks to Collen for the great service!”

“My husband asked me to specifically write a review for TIFFANY…she was AMAZING and super helpful!!! He rented a car for a week. The first day the car had an engine oil overfill light come on while he was hours away and had to pull over for the car to cool down. It kept happening. At this point he was too far from this specific location and got an exchange from the closest location. Unfortunately, they gave him a smaller car which was not comfortable or comparable to the car he was previously driving. He called and tried multiple times to exchange the car at a different location but got the excuse no cars were available and turned him away after they told him to come the following day. He gave up trying to exchange it out and kept it for the week. When returning the car at this location he was helped by Tiffany. She listened and took her time to help him out which he was extremely grateful for! She gave him a partial refund/discount and just by doing this we will continue to keep returning to this location only! Super accommodating, ‼️if you need to rent a car PLEASE go to TIFFANY!!!‼️”

“I dropped off my car at the Enterprise shop as it was closing. Since I didn’t have a ride to the Honda dealership to pick it up my own car, Ryan offered to give me a ride in his own car. It was a kind gesture on his part so that I won’t have to walk 20min in the cold to the close by Honda Dealership - giving a ride to a stranger! I was deeply touched by his thoughtfulness. The customer service I received was exceptional, far exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend this Rental place and would definitely rent a car from them again in the future. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive.”
“Used this location per an insurance claim after our car was totaled. The staff was extremely courteous, explained the rental process, and made sure I was all set up for success. “Needed a car last minute and found this location was 5 minutes from our hotel. The prices were better than many other car rental places and this location was so easy. The process was fast and the employees were very nice! When I returned the car (7/31 around 5pm) the young lady (sorry forgot her name) was so helpful and nice. I was ordering an Uber for pick up and she mentioned if my hotel was close she could drop me off, so I was able to cancel the Uber and she dropped us off. Top tier service from this location! Highly recommend.”

“Had to rent a car through insurance due to an accident. The day before my reservation I received a call from them telling me how they were experiencing a delay with getting people their cars even with reservations due to major storms the previous weeks. Customer service was great while they had a waiting room full of people waiting to get cars, and made sure to get the customers out asap. I was quoted to wait 45 min to an hour and was out in 15 mins! Overall customer service was amazing and cars were kept in great condition”

“Matt made everything so easy and was incredibly helpful through the process. We talked before the day of the rental as well and he even gave a call the day of to check in to make sure when we were coming. (Obviously their trucks are older and not like driving a luxury car - easy to get over that though and the seat was pretty comfy in my tuck).”

“I recently discovered there is an Avis/Budget rental office within the Holiday Inn. I only rent from Avis and previously traveled to National airport to rent for work and personal use. No airport fees at this location and one-on-one interaction with friendly staff. It is a great experience and I cannot say enough in recommending this location. I only wish I would have found out years ago. If you are a tourist or a local and need a rental in the Springfield, VA, area, this is the place to go.”

“Good, fast friendly service but the car wasn't that great. It had some minor damage. And the rental agreement said yes full, but car had less than 3/4 tank. And the office was closed right after I picked up the car.”
“I returned a car that I rented from the Philadelphia Airport at this location. They were very quick and thorough with the process of return.
The car that I rented from the Philadelphia Airport Budget had a whole host of damage, which was not provided in the written contract, so this location's agent gave me the chance to submit pictures that I took of the damage with timestamps of the day I rented it.
They also gave me another day to return the car seats that I rented because I accidentally left them at home! I feel like other places would've just charged me, so I'm super grateful ??.
