“I went to this store for Black Friday with my son. I was immediately greeted and helped by this young lady she has curly hair very sweet I forget her name. She was beyond helpful and put together outfits for my son and even went above and beyond to help me find something for myself. I’ve been in the store before I believe she’s new but she knows exactly how to make the customer feel so welcomed and is knowledgeable. It’s a chaotic time during Black Friday but she made me feel like I was having such a personalized one on one experience while shopping! She is the perfect touch for the store and brings a new atmosphere to Grandeur. She was extremely caring and patient, I walked in thinking we were just looking around but after our interaction I left buying a lot of stuff that I know my son and myself love now. “I drove over an hour to have my 20+ year old hat cleaned and reshaped. Brian did a really great job with it; I confess it was in pretty rough shape when I brought it in. It looks better than it did when I was competing. He made sure it was absolutely perfect, even after I told him that it would probably never be worn and was just memorabilia now. My hat may be older than him but he carries so much knowledge and talent, I will gladly return for future reshapes.”

They always have really great sales and I've decided I'm going to open a Kohl's card because the benefits for Kohl's card members is fantastic. I would definitely go again!
