DXL’s clothes are made to last, and most are 100% natural fibers (I despise polyester and acrylic). The store always has a diverse inventory that is perfect for every season or occasion. The accessories are nice too. “Crazy deals. Bought a SOAD shirt (toxicity!) that was on backorder online during the labor day 30% off sale then got rewarded with a 25% off anything I bought in store (and it applied to the whole purchase!) So I saved 8 bucks on another SOAD shirt (mezmerize) and a wallet chain I was thinking of getting during a previous visit. Staff is super friendly (Chris and Jack) and the store is ready for Halloween this time of year. Always a great experience coming to this store.UPDATE:Had an online order shirt not fit (sizing error in manufacturing) properly and was able to get a refund/exchange combo super fast today. Kody helped me out with that and said the new/replacement shirt can be shipped free to my house! Was very helpful, plus I got the exchanged item the same price I paid for the previous online order shirt. Customer service is god tier here! Thanks Chris/Jack/Kody!”

I was pleasantly surprised to find a registered optician on duty at the store who helped me get set up for new prescription sunglasses. He took me through the various lens options, frames, etc. And when we finalized the selection, he assured that the lenses would be correctly prepared by taking the measurements of the pupil spacing. “Macy's to get to an indoor playground... And we almost didn't make it because of the incredible furniture display area! I've never seen anything like it. It's massive and so beautiful. They have at least 12 different living room sets and bedroom sets, cribs, rugs, office furniture, modern, classic, mid-century, budget, and luxury.The kids had so much fun playing house (after I reminded them to not put their feet on the furniture or play!!) And we spent a lot of time sitting and experiencing different types of furniture that we never have before. I have a list of chairs, couches, a desk, and a dresser that I'm planning to buy over time.The staff was incredible! They left us alone unless we had questions, and did not give my kids any dirty looks which was super awesome, new experience. We collect mid-century furniture and I was really impressed with the interesting styles and eclectic mix they had. All different types of wood, upholstery, faux leather, options, and the sales.! A lot of the furniture was up to 50% off.I'm totally getting the green chair-- and wardrobe th thanks ?”

“My partner along with I have shopped here for a couple of years. It used to be cramped and crowded before COVID-19 struck. It used to have a lot of name brand merchandise, but this Hot Topic seems to take more requests on Indie artists, which is fine.The employees are nice people, my last visit was January 29th, and it seems like that's when I noticed the drastic difference in the store. Everything was more organized and less cramped than it used to be. My partner along with I joked about how I missed it being more crowded.My only problems were that whenever I called asking about my application or my interview, none of the employees bothered introducing themselves on the phone. I had called multiple times just to check when my interview was, and when I got there it got delayed by thirty minutes. The assistant manager was an enjoyable lady and I felt less nervous around her during the interview. My only issue is the manager had been out during the 29th of January on Maternity leave. I called every week except for the past two weeks of this month, assuming they've hired someone else already.”

“Seriously some of the best customer service I've ever had. It's just a vans store... I've had vans for decades, and IMO they're just standard shoes/clothes. But I took my kid here to find some shoes today, and the two women working had it on lock down. They were fantastic-- and I was so impressed with their attitudes towards the customers (which there were MANY) and ability to keep everything flowing. My kid tried on several pairs since he's in between sizes right now, and they were just so incredibly sweet to him. They worked really well together and just created a nice atmosphere.
