Well, we had FFX Collision fix a another minor fender bender on the same car that was my fault (out of pocket). They did such an excellent job matching the paint last time I took it back. They got it all done in 5 days and, again, the workmanship & color match was excellent and it was a very good price.

“I had a car accident where someone ran into my street parked car while it was unoccupied. My insurance sent me to Caliber to get the damages fixed. I brought my brother and we talked to Jamie initially and talking to him you see how genuine of a person he is! I felt confident leaving my car there and that it would be taken care of. I received regular updates on the car’s progress and when I called the customer service was great. Also as a female, I’m used to dealerships or auto shops trying to take advantage of overcharging or scamming me and Caliber Collision is the first body shop I felt comfortable that wouldn’t happen. They explained everything to me the same as my brother and dad on separate occasions and made sure I was satisfied with the end product. I highly recommend Caliber because I personally had an all around wonderful experience!”

“My car hit or went over a deer at night and I contacted insurance…
Elden collision repair helped fix up my car like brand new… while I rented out a car at Enterprise in the meantime..
Car was done in about 2-3 weeks, and I went by when they called, and they did a quick inspection and walk thru of what they fixed etc.
Only thing there was a 500$ out of pocket deductible charge that I had to pay, but at least rest of it was covered by my insurance. I guess small win but will def try to avoid any interactions w wildlife on the road from now. Elden collisions does pretty solid and trustworthy work to repair car damage though.. do recommend them.”

“I got in an accident and had it repaired at Caliber Collision. My insurance recommended them and I read the Google reviews. The body of my car looks great! They put a new aftermarket headlight on the car and it is brighter than the OEM, which helps at night.
BUT my car was returned to me with grease or something all over the front seats. Scrubbing with an upholstery wipe did not clean the leather. It’s due back at the dealer because the lease is up the first week of 2025. I don’t know if someone placed a really dirty/heavy part on the seat and let it sit there or what.
I sent Caliber an email with photos and they asked me to bring the car in. Due to not knowing what is on the seat, they are sending my vehicle for a full detail prior to me turning the car in at the dealership, which I really appreciate!”

“A tree fell on my 2004 mini cooper S several weeks ago (May 2024), during a strange windstorm in Fauquier country, and it dented my rooftop/sliding glass sunroof, as well as it smashed my windshield! Could have been a deaster. Yikes, I cried for 3 days ... Thought I, and my Mini were doomed. However, after taking it to Sierra Auto Body LLC (a father and sun team), and 10 days later, they fixed everything, and today, it looks brand new, as if nothing happened. I love these guys! “I recently brought my 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan to D&V Autobody Inc. in Sterling, VA, after a hit-and-run accident involving an ice cream truck. The damage required extensive work on two panels, the tire, the driver's mirror, and the front bumper. From the beginning, the repair team at D&V was professional, informative, and went above and beyond to ensure my car was restored to perfect condition.
Their customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. At one point, there was an issue locating the tire lock key, and when I called the dealership, they initially insisted there weren’t tire locks on my vehicle. However, D&V Autobody quickly provided photographic evidence, which I sent to the dealership, prompting them to locate the key and deliver it to D&V. This saved me significant time and frustration.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the level of care D&V Autobody showed. I highly recommend them to anyone needing skilled and customer-focused auto repair!”

“I took my car in for a repair and service and maintenance. After thorough inspection, a couple more items were overdue. By the time I picked up my car, the inspection was done, it was so clean I hardly recognized it - and my 11 year old vehicle is so quiet, running smoothly with a new lease on life! “The shop does excellent body work however, communication not so much. After picking up my car I noticed the steering wheel would pull to the right . I remembered my Insurance rep. telling me the shop would check the alignment. I called the shop because I didn't see a charge for the alignment. on the paperwork . They told me they hung some device on the tire to check it which is not an acceptable way of checking the alignment. I took it to my shop and only wheel that was hit was out of alignment. They should have did the job correctly without shortcuts. Overall I'm pleased with the work but didn't appreciate the extra work I had to do.”
