He called me for a followup, made sure I was remembering the requirements for the promo offers, and that I received my debit card. High 5 kudos to Tim. Let's give Tim a sweet raise.”
“I went into this branch of Wells Fargo with a friend who did not speak much English so I could help her. WF is not my bank. What a wonderful experience! The teller was friendly and polite and as helpful as could be. She arranged to have statements mailed to my friend's house because my friend was having great difficulty banking on her phone. She printed the last 3 statements for my friend. When my friend could not remember her social security number (she is 67) the teller pulled the information from her drivers license and address and birth date. The teller could have not been more helpful and patient. This is a great place to bank and is very well located at the corner of Rio and Seminole (29) .”
“A little bit bigger than a walk-in closet, but gets the job done. They are professional without the creepily over-the-top Stepford Wife friendliness that seems to plague a lot of Wells Fargo branches. Why "good customer service" in Western culture is equated with over the top platitudes, subservience, ear to ear smiling at all times, and fawning over total strangers like they are long lost royalty is beyond the scope of this review. But if you want to just make a deposit and get on with life, then this seems to be a good branch to do so.”

“I've gone in three times without an appointment and was able to meet with someone withing a few minutes. Teller instantly, not a busy time, and the bankers when they were done with their current customers. The staff were very nice to me and helpful. I'm glad I chose this banking location.I just switched from wells fargo and most of their branches arent open on saturdays which is incredibly inconvenient.”
