“This might be my favorite sandwich shop which is surprising because you wouldn't think that a gas station would have good sandwiches. I've tried the Farmington, Ednam, and Earlysville sandwiches. They are all really tasty, though I slightly preferred the Farmington and Earlysville. Pro tip you can swap the sandwich bread out and I would recommend getting the french bread (toasted) it's delicious and so is there herb mayonnaise. The market also has delicious cookies and brownies you can grab and go. They don't have seating inside but they have outdoor tables. The 2 cons are that I've noticed them downsizing the size of their sandwiches which is why I'm reviewing them as 4.5 stars rather than 5 stars. Also their online order time estimation for ASAP is not accurate. We placed an order and their website said it would take about 40 minutes to be ready, so we stopped by a store out of our way to wait before arriving. When we did arrive we were the only ones there and picked up our order from behind the counter. It seemed like it had been made a long time ago and the toasted bread was cold by the time we picked it up. They should update how long orders will take to pickup instead of just defaulting to 40 minutes if it's not accurate.”

“Great place to pick up prepared food and supplies for a tailgate! VERY HELPFUL and friendly STAFF! The wine tasting area/bar is a nice touch. Drafts are $2 during Happy Hour and they had a good selection. Wish we had a Harris Teeter in our town!”

“Went to the Food Lion in the morning, it was very clean and not too busy. The cashier rang out the items very quickly, and it seems that there are a lot of buy one get one free deals. It was a large store with many items and options to choose from. The music wasn't too loud, and it had a very comfortable interior for a grocery store, very common aesthetic.”

“I've gone in three times without an appointment and was able to meet with someone withing a few minutes. Teller instantly, not a busy time, and the bankers when they were done with their current customers. The staff were very nice to me and helpful. I'm glad I chose this banking location.I just switched from wells fargo and most of their branches arent open on saturdays which is incredibly inconvenient.”

“After decades at Wells Fargo, BBT and Bank of America - with increasingly declining service and consistently rising fees, we migrated both our business and personal accounts to Virginia National Bank (Charlottesville area branches). We have had a very positive experience banking there for the last year or so and appreciate the friendly, personal service; it seems VNB is better at retaining staff than the other large banks.”

“I went into this branch of Wells Fargo with a friend who did not speak much English so I could help her. WF is not my bank. What a wonderful experience! The teller was friendly and polite and as helpful as could be. She arranged to have statements mailed to my friend's house because my friend was having great difficulty banking on her phone. She printed the last 3 statements for my friend. When my friend could not remember her social security number (she is 67) the teller pulled the information from her drivers license and address and birth date. The teller could have not been more helpful and patient. This is a great place to bank and is very well located at the corner of Rio and Seminole (29) .”

“The employees are friendly and many of them have worked there for at least 6 years, so management must know how to make them feel valued. Produce quality has really improved over the past year or so. I'll shop here any day rather than going to Harris Teeter or Kroger. Always easy to get in and out quickly.”
