Riley Brown patiently and thoroughly explained to me….a 79 year old why I should continue with Verizon rather than switching to a rival company’s plan. He untangled some ideas I had re: my bill. His answers were clear and made perfect sense to me. I will continue to be a satisfied Verizon customer.

I had a great experience with Keith. I had been having issues with my new phone that l ordered online. I walked right in, he cheerfully and competently took care of me and resolved my issue in less than 15 minutes. I’ll definitely be back if I need further assistance or need to buy accessories.
