“Well, the building that once was Pier One, that I used to go in and long to be able to afford something, anything in that store has now become a Spirit Halloween. Funny. Anyway, I go in search of Princess leia and han solo, because that's what we and my man are going to be this year. I do find Leia but will have to create Han myself. The employees were very nice and helpful as I tried to look for a toy gun for Han but alas, no guns. Many faux weapons but zero guns. I could insert a bad joke about how this is America and guns are everywhere but it fell flat at the store so I won't subject myself to that type of embarrassment a second time so...
Anyway, it was super crowded and some kids were afraid of the displays but it was a fun time and the long line moved quickly because they had many employees! Go Spirit Halloween! ???♀️?❤️”

“If I could give Hot Topic a 10/10 rating, I absolutely would! My experience at the Greenbrier Mall location was honestly amazing from start to finish. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed, comfortable, and completely taken care of. The store had such a fun, upbeat atmosphere, and everything was organized so I could easily find what I was looking for without any stress. Jamie and Ash truly made the experience stand out in the best way. Jamie was incredibly patient and helpful taking the time to guide me through different styles and making thoughtful suggestions that actually matched what I was looking for. Ash was just as wonderful super friendly, attentive, and always checking in to make sure I was finding good deals and feeling good about my choices. Together they made shopping feel easy, personal, and genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this genuine. They didn’t just help me shop they made the whole visit feel warm, relaxed, and memorable. You can tell they really care about customers and take pride in what they do. I left feeling happy, confident in my purchase, and honestly grateful for how kind and helpful they both were. “Store is clean. Customer service is good. Not a fan of their return policy. Just make sure that when you buy something you plan to keep it otherwise all you get is store credit. Usually has the lastest shoes”

Daelon was right there, and walked with me through the entire store when it was crazy busy, and just based off of a picture on my phone of the dress, we were able to find the PERFECT matching tie.
