Daelon was right there, and walked with me through the entire store when it was crazy busy, and just based off of a picture on my phone of the dress, we were able to find the PERFECT matching tie. Jamie and Ash truly made the experience stand out in the best way. Jamie was incredibly patient and helpful taking the time to guide me through different styles and making thoughtful suggestions that actually matched what I was looking for. Ash was just as wonderful super friendly, attentive, and always checking in to make sure I was finding good deals and feeling good about my choices. Together they made shopping feel easy, personal, and genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this genuine. They didn’t just help me shop they made the whole visit feel warm, relaxed, and memorable. You can tell they really care about customers and take pride in what they do. I left feeling happy, confident in my purchase, and honestly grateful for how kind and helpful they both were. I purchased T shirts that I absolutely love and the whole experience made it even better knowing I was supported so well throughout my visit. I would absolutely recommend this Hot Topic Greenbrier Mall location 1401 Greenbrier Pkwy #209, Chesapeake, VA 23320 to anyone looking for great service and a wide selection of unique, alternative, and pop culture styles. “I had an amazing experience at this store today! I had ordered several items online and they did not fit. The woman working kindly took care of the return in about a minute and suggested I browse the store. I went on the sales floor and I very friendly guy helped me and with his help I picked out twenty shirts and pants. Checkout was quick and the same woman who helped me before scanned a coupon that took off one hundred dollars! Absolutely the best experience at a clothing store in over a decade!”
