“Rack Room is still at Chesapeake square mall. I walked through target to get here. I was looking for a particular pair of shoes and found them there. A sale of buy one get one 50%off was going on. I found a second pair of shoes but they didn't have them in my size. The girl behind the counter looked up this particular shoe and was able to order it to be shipped to my home. This second pair came to my house in less than a week as ordered. Very nice, courteous people that were very helpful. The store was clean and organized. I will be shopping there again soon.”

“I was in the store around the same time the gentleman below claims he received less than great service from the female manager. This was on 10/2/26. I came in after he did, not sure how long he was shopping before I arrived. But I did see her discuss recommended insoles for him based off the scanner device, and she was giving him tips on how to care for his boots. I'm a very observant person and take customer service to heart. She took me through the same steps -- i got fitted on their really techy machines and it was able to tell me all about my feet and how I need more heel support. The manager was very knowledgeable, kind, and I felt like she made it a priority to give me the best work boots possible for the job site. Thank you for taking the time to read this --- I very rarely do reviews but when I came across the other customer seeming not honest about his experience that really did not sit well with me. I had several friends recommended specifically the Chesapeake store as they are known for their service and friendliness.”

So we shopped at least four other shoe stores within the mall before he found the ones he had to have at Champs. Malachi was our super nice and professional store associate who helped with our shopping experience from beginning to end. Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience. It combines customer service with the newest products for use on and off the court from several brands.
