The work was scheduled, their installation techs arrived right on time, and installed our new TV, hidden wiring, and hooked up a new sound system quickly, professionally and cleanly! “Kel made the experience great. My lines had upgrades. There was a network issue which was resolved with a reset, they were on top of the problem and it was resolved fast! Very professional and laid back atmosphere. I’d recommend using this specific location if you are a T-Mobile customer or if you’re looking to switch. 10/10.”

“This a convenient location, especially when you need gas! I always use my rewards to save money on gas! The employees are usually friendly enough. They always have a good enough stock for the usual items wanted. The store is usually clean and the coffee area always has all creamers, sugars, syrups, etc stocked, which makes me happy.”
“Dedicated, friendly I will only come to this location when I need a local branch! After having a horrible experience at the battlefield location I came here. CeCe worked hard to correct what the problem was. And after being without a phone since Monday and it was now Wednesday CeCe was a breath of fresh air! Not being able to view the screen on my old phone made things difficult but she worked through it with grace! Even when metro pcs main customer service and their supervisor was rude and unhelpful she still kept pushing to fix my phone! Only if all agents were like her the company would be better off! I would give her 10 stars if I could!”

Apart from that the store was stocked and clean.
Several people are waiting before us. But everything was good and the guy that helped us was great and funny. Answer all my Wife's silly questions and definitely if I could remember his name I would give him a shout out.

“I've been to this 7-11 many times and I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful.It's interesting how they are so competitive with the Wawa across the street with gasoline prices. As one goes (up or down) the other is sure to follow. The ease is ingress and egress makes this store better for most people. You can turn right into it while the Wawa requires you to make a bunch of turns to enter the parking lot.”
“Edith was nice but very blunt basically telling me that if we didn't make our payment they would call and call the references and then come knock on our door to get payment. I found it to come off rude. Then I asked if I'd be able to pick up the system today and she said no we have to deliver it so that we know where you live. Again found that to be off putting.”

He is literally one of the hardest working people that I’ve come across in this store… I mean by himself he literally knocked down a line of more than 20 people in under 10 minutes working two registers! “Target was busy the night I shopped. I received a free $5 gift card and I couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t scanning. A team member gladly showed me how and even did it with humor and a kind attitude. I really appreciated that, as you don’t get that a lot from stores nowadays, especially when they are busy.”

“Wes is the best! I purchased a game online and went to go pick it up at the location near Chesapeake Sq. Mall. Unfortunately, the game looked like a box cutter had gotten to it so it cut side of the game case and the paper that shows the game title. Wes was more than happy to accommodate and reorder another game for me. Even though there is a wait (which is totally fine) I’m very happy that Wes was empathetic towards my hobby as a gamer and offered to rectify this. I’d give him 1000 stars if I could!!!!!!”
