“My visit today at this store was very complex but I really want to acknowledge the employee KEELY SHE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. HER PATIENTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNMATCHED. SHE WAS THE ONLY EMPLOYEE WORKING AND SHE MANAGED TO JUGGLE SEVERAL CUSTOMERS AT A TIME AND WAS ABLE TO GREET EACH CUSTOMER UPON ENTRY. I ADMIRE HER WORK AND CRICKET SHOULD GET MORE EMPLOYEE LIKE HER.”

“I dig this location. The parking lot and pumps are easy to access unlike other gas stations in Portsmouth. It's at a high traffic area yet it's not impossible to get a pump or spot. The store is always clean and well stocked.”

“Honestly. I think all the negative reviews are incredibly*much* this store is the closest to my residence and I've been quite a few times. I've had no issues with staff. 99% of the time they are bubbly and seem to have great energy and motivation. The store is relatively clean. Everything has been stocked fully every time. Keep it up. Definitely not the worst 7eleven”

“I would give 0 starts if I could. The attitudes suck! Customer service is terrible! one girl has the worst attitude, always miserable and she allows the men that hang around the shop to make the coffee ( no gloves, just straight from outside touching everything). The machines never work properly and it's always dirty in there. Why is this place even still open?”

“As many others have stated, this 7-Eleven is a favorite spot for beggars, so be prepared to be approached for money at the gas pump or going to the store.The store itself was cleaner and better organized than most 7-Elevens in the area.Unfortunately, there was a long line and only one cashier.”
