“I first heard of this boutique on TikTok i saw one of the videos!! So i had to check it out!!I absolutely love the storefront and will be adding a picture of that tomorrow!! The sign outside tells about deals and it's a very welcoming environment!When I walked in i wasn't sure wha .to expect but I was greeted by the shop owner and she is amazing! Her energy and vibe were amazing!! I looked around and picked out three pieces i thought I'd like and she went and picked out a couple she thought would be good!! I ended up buying the maxi dress she picked!! I also grabbed a pair of shorts and a jumper!!I love looking good but I'm awful at picking out the best match or outfit and she solves this! I can walk in and say I'm looking for....... And she will work her magic!! I will be back and I'll post more pics of my haul!!This is a must go to for stylish clothes in plenty of sizes!! My #1 go to for a styled look!”

“My first time going in and they were warm and pleasant and they made me feel comfortable...I brought 1 bag and 1 bin of shoes... they didn't take the shoes however they took 3 items for 20 which was cool... they were professional and will go to here in the future if I need to. They were friendly and it was actually really warm and pretty on the inside it looks like a retail store... everybody was keeping busy the whole time unlike associates at Plato's closet... thanks for being great I'm customer service and being professional!”

“I LOVE this store, it has the cutest dresses, accessories, and clothing in general! Half of my closet is from this store. Although one problem for me is that some dresses gape too much under my arm revealing my chest, majority of dresses when you tighten the straps or bunches up in the back, revealing your bottom. Great for pictures, not for everyday events. This may just be a problem for me because some dresses only size from S-L and I am a XS.”

“After a poor customer service experience today at Nike Collective, I wanted to circle back and give praise for the amazing customer service experienced this past Saturday at this location. Wanted to treat myself for my birthday but was just finding no style and no luck where I had been looking. It's been years but decided to pop in the Torrid for some much needed style to add to my wardrobe. The ladies were immediately warm, welcoming, and most informative. “My friend suggested we stop in here while out on a shopping trip nearby and boy am I glad she did! It's by The Bagel Baker shop. I had no idea it was here. If you've been to Monkee's this is sort'of like that boutique but less pretentious and more affordable. They had a great range of items in the store - shorts, jeans, dresses, sweaters and accessories. Some really cute jewelry and other items as well as a few shoes. It's an adorable boutique with a unisex bathroom in back and two fitting rooms. Friendly staff greeted and helped us. I saw some adorable everyday pieces and tunics as well as some holiday party dresses and sweaters! I will def be back.”

“Back in July, they were having a sale, and I decided it would be a good idea to measure myself since I know my size has changed. Well I screwed up, royally. Got the package in July aaaand WAY too big. Then life hit. Package just sat in my car for months while I tried to get my life back together. Well today I finally was able to shamefully walk in and ask if there was anything they could do for me. Not only did they get me the right size, they returned the other ones, ordered the correct size, AND matched the price for me. Super great customer service!”

“Today we experienced 5⭐️customer service at Ocean Palm! While shopping and trying on clothes the sales lady chatted with my 4 yr old. She even went as far as to let her borrow some coloring pages and colored pencils to keep her entertained while I browsed. “Wish I could give more then 5 stars. I was having hard time getting shirts for my groomsmen for my wedding. I called spoke with Kelly and she did some searching found out that the company will be shipping the shirts out again Nov 1. I got the shirts today 10/23/21. Not only did Kelly help get the shirts I wanted she was able to find a shirt for my ring bearer. With the shortages going on I thought I would had to change shirts and colors. Kelly was so nice and helpfull.”

“I went into Journey's a couple days ago just to look at some shoes for Christmas. Icky was the employee that helped ne the whole time. At first I thought her name was a little silly but she was a great help and amazing. I didn't expect to buy more than one pair of shoes but I came out with shoes for me and my mom, a pair of socks, and some shoe protection/cleaner, I think it was called creep or crept (I can't remember.). Overall I loved my experience there and would love to give my personal thanks to Icky. She was very helpful.”

“I went through every store in the Va beach mall and Newport news mall it seemed but couldn’t find anything under 150$ or in my size for a formal dinner party. The options weren’t that great either. Until I found 360 Vintage on google. Tracy is super helpful and welcoming. I picked out a beautiful dress out of their vast selection of many different sizes and styles (all affordable) and settled on a dress. The straps were a little tight and Tracy helped me fix them before I purchase and went on my way. Love this place and I can’t recommend it enough!!”
