“I have been going to Jiffy Lube for months now, I look forward to get great customer service, alway ger my oil change with them but I will never go back to the Jiffy Lube ever again, I went to get oil checked, and I was 2 qt. Low I was talked to by mgr. Poorly, I need a top off and was being charged 20.00 for a different type of oil I've never put in my car, they were out of my normal oil, but wanted to top me off with something else. I never been treated so poorly and talk to so harshly. I'm in the system but never will go back again. So disappointed, stopped elsewhere I was topped off free of charges, treated with respect, I will be going to this new sport going forward done with Jiffy Lube. Ironbridge near Food Lion and 7-11.”

“I've gone to a lot of auto repair shops, and I don't recall any of them giving me the great service that I received at NTB in Chesterfield Meadows. I took my car there for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately, they were not able to get the lug nuts off my wheels. They assured me that they would take care of the problem and continually kept me informed during the process due to my inconvenience. Although a simple wheel rotation turned into something much bigger, I never felt inconvenienced or upset with their service. The manager, Dsean, and 2 of her technicians were very professional and courteous. Under the circumstances, I don't think I could have asked for a better crew or service. They definitely let me know that the happiness of their customers is what's most important.”
