“Highly recommended! I had went to national tire and battery found out it was a nail in my tire. They told me they weren’t able to fix it and I’ll have to buy a used tire which was $90 plus the installation fee. I came here and the fixed my tire within minutes and they only charged me $10.”

“Traded in my truck for a Bronco at Haley Ford last week. Every step of the way was seamless. My salesperson was Alex - he met me at the door when I arrived for my appraisal and test drive. Throughout the process, Alex was helpful, personable, and efficient. This was actually my first purchase from anywhere other than CarMax, and I was a little nervous about the stories I’ve heard about “high pressure” sales tactics at dealerships. Not at Haley Ford, and not with Alex. I never felt pressured to buy. In addition, the paperwork, finance application, and closing on the deal was smooth and fast - it felt like less than 30 minutes. Much easier than I ever experienced elsewhere.
I also want to shout out Alex for personally detailing my new Bronco and removing some lettering from the exterior before I drove away with it. Way above and beyond!
I will return to Haley Ford when the time comes to buy or sell again, and I would highly recommend that anyone else do the same.”

“We recently used this shop instead of our normal mechanic as it is close to our home and can walk back and forth. Everything went very smoothly and we are very satisfied with the results. The mechanic, Wayne, was a pleasure to work with and has a lot of experience, which was important to us having such and old vehicle. We have a Toyota that is 20 years old, so we were skeptical, but are very happy with everything. The car got a well needed tune up and a transmission fluid replacement and it runs beautifully! State Inspection was a breeze as well as an oil change. So, we are ready to go and hoping to make the car last for another 20 years!”

“New to the area and brought my car in for a state inspection, completed quickly on the spot. They noticed a puddle of oil when they pulled my car out and brought it back in to check it out. The dealership hadn’t put the oil filter back correctly nor tightened the panel screws so they took care of it.
I was nervous because in the past I’ve had shops do and charge me for overpriced services that I’m capable of handling on my own without my permission because they see a gullible young woman (changing headlights/tail lights, windshield wipers, cabin filter). I was ready to pay a service charge because they put another 15-20 min in on my car but they only charged me for the inspection and were very polite! Will keep this shop in mind if something else arises.”

“I lost the key to my wheel locks and stopped by to buy a replacement. The technician (Casey) I spoke with gave me the wheel lock for free, along with the Allen key to remove my center cap, at no charge. Despite being busy, he was friendly and patient.
RNR has a customer in me for life. I will definitely return when it's time to buy a full set of tires! It's so rare to receive this level of customer service in 2026.”
