“I lost the key to my wheel locks and stopped by to buy a replacement. The technician (Casey) I spoke with gave me the wheel lock for free, along with the Allen key to remove my center cap, at no charge. Despite being busy, he was friendly and patient. RNR has a customer in me for life. I will definitely return when it's time to buy a full set of tires! It's so rare to receive this level of customer service in 2026.”

“We have used Titan a couple of times now and I’ve been so impressed by their speed and communication. I love how they send me a breakdown of things and I can choose whether or not to get those items done. Very fast and effective service. Will be using again!”

“I'll keep this short. Top notch, these guys are super knowledgeable, and quick to the point. I walked in placed my U-Bolt on the counter and walked out with 4 freshly made U-Bolts about 10min later. Will definitely use them again for any future needs.”

“I give these guys 6 star rating, Mike and his team are very knowledgeable and honest. Mike made sure my 2008 f550 would make the 2200 mile trip back to Utah which it made with no issues. I highly recommend these guys.”

“Steve has taken care of several cars for me. He appears to be straightforward and honest. There have been multiple times that I assumed I would need a huge repair (and bill), and, instead something smaller was needed. He could have easily taken advantage of me if that was his intent. I fully trust his opinion and have been happy with the work and cost.”

“My husband is very happy with their work. They even patched a tire for my husband without him having to ask and didnt even want to charge. They have our business from now on. Its rare to have a mechanic shop this honest with their work.”

“The whole crew are outstanding, friendly and very knowledgeable! I got a great Hertz system, DSP amp, and Jamie made two custom pods for tweeters and mids and I feel like listening to headphones! My Kia Niro now sounds as good as my home system! The Niro hybrid comes with a bass centered Harmon Kardon system which is muffled compared to this. You won't go wrong with Car Toyz!”

“I cant say enough about this shop, without making any commitment to use them for my repair they aloud me to bring my car to them(as I had no where else to house the vehicle)and waited patiently for me to make a decision on what to do.I have used them in the past and knew they did excellent work and were priced fairly but this was above and beyond in my experience. Thanks a lot!”

“We recently used this shop instead of our normal mechanic as it is close to our home and can walk back and forth. Everything went very smoothly and we are very satisfied with the results. The mechanic, Wayne, was a pleasure to work with and has a lot of experience, which was important to us having such and old vehicle. We have a Toyota that is 20 years old, so we were skeptical, but are very happy with everything. The car got a well needed tune up and a transmission fluid replacement and it runs beautifully! State Inspection was a breeze as well as an oil change. So, we are ready to go and hoping to make the car last for another 20 years!”

“I was able to get an inspection while I was waiting. I needed a few small repairs. They were able to do that as well. This is a private owned service station.”

“Traded in my truck for a Bronco at Haley Ford last week. Every step of the way was seamless. My salesperson was Alex - he met me at the door when I arrived for my appraisal and test drive. Throughout the process, Alex was helpful, personable, and efficient. This was actually my first purchase from anywhere other than CarMax, and I was a little nervous about the stories I’ve heard about “high pressure” sales tactics at dealerships. Not at Haley Ford, and not with Alex. I never felt pressured to buy. In addition, the paperwork, finance application, and closing on the deal was smooth and fast - it felt like less than 30 minutes. Much easier than I ever experienced elsewhere. I also want to shout out Alex for personally detailing my new Bronco and removing some lettering from the exterior before I drove away with it. Way above and beyond! I will return to Haley Ford when the time comes to buy or sell again, and I would highly recommend that anyone else do the same.”

“Whether it's Earl, or either of the Josh's, I've always had good service. When Earl left the Southside Plaza location to this present location, I started patronizing this location.”

“I came in to have a flat tire replaced and was greeted by Sam who was professional and courteous. They did not have my size tire in stock but were able to get it from another store and have my car completed shortly after a hour.”

“New to the area and brought my car in for a state inspection, completed quickly on the spot. They noticed a puddle of oil when they pulled my car out and brought it back in to check it out. The dealership hadn’t put the oil filter back correctly nor tightened the panel screws so they took care of it. I was nervous because in the past I’ve had shops do and charge me for overpriced services that I’m capable of handling on my own without my permission because they see a gullible young woman (changing headlights/tail lights, windshield wipers, cabin filter). I was ready to pay a service charge because they put another 15-20 min in on my car but they only charged me for the inspection and were very polite! Will keep this shop in mind if something else arises.”

"I'm honored to be the 200th Fix Auto USA location," said Arroyo. "I joined the network in 2014 and haven't looked back.
