Dident speak until I said hello. Slammed my merchandise around like she was having a really bad day. Sneared at me amd rolled her eyes. I could u derstand if i had irritating qiestions but i sinply stood there in silence. It was occward and uncomfortable to say the least. All and all I'll wait for someone else in the future if she is working.”

I like styling my boutique with these pieces without worrying if something gets broken or get lost. I always find a little something to make my trip fun. I only gave it 4 stars because lately the store is not stocked as much as in the past.”

I did get a chance to walk the sales floor and it appeared more like an off-the-rack store and less like a clothing depot, referring to some visits in the past. “Excellent Service by Terence (Assistant Store Manager) & Callyn (Sales Manager): I called Aeropostale in Chesterfield Town Center in VA anxiously yesterday desperately looking for a grey polo shirt & a white polo shirt I needed for Saturday. I was in a pinch!Terence listened carefully to what I said & for me he has excellent communication & follow up skills. In a nutshell, he told me to call today 6/17/21 (he’s off today) & told me to check with someone if my Extra Large polo shirts would be in the truck delivery today. Well I found out from Callyn who told me Terence had already put the extra large polo shirts on hold for me behind the counter. Obviously he had communicated my request for the shirts to Callyn & she had carried out his request so she was on top of it when I called. For me, this is going above & beyond!Excellent communication skills thus providing very satisfactory customer service finally benefitting Aeropostale company & loyalty of customers - I’ll definitely shop there again!I’ve never shopped in Aeropostale before not even when living so long in NYC but I had stepped into the shop there!Every management team is different so now you’ve set a standard for others to follow.Hope corporate views this post!Thank you Terence & Callyn!”

“The store is kind of cramped because they need to fit a lot in a smaller space. American Eagle has been in Southpark Mall for a long time now and seems to do well. The jeans are my sons favorite. This last visit we did not speak to anyone that worked there but usually they greet you and ask if you need any help. Usually very helpful.”

“I used to like Ross for the dress sale. They don't seem to be having many dresses but I can always find one piece here and there to add to my wardrobe. I always go through the Arts and Crafts section as well as the kitchen section. And changing my living room I tend to pull it together from various searches so Ross is one of my first go to places and then I'll go to Home Goods. Before purchasing the furniture and knowing what colors I wanted to use I found accessories and rugs for pop of color. I refuse to return them even when I had to return the furniture but fam what I really want it in the same color so the rugs will work and the pillows as well. I've been fortunate over the years to find some really good things”

“One of my favorite stores. Went in last night Dec. 23 at 10:40 got what I needed. Of course everyone was last minute Xmas shopping for an item. Found it! Line was already long when I got there, only two workers at the cash register. Finally got to the cashier and I can’t the overwhelming feeling she had dealing with everything but what a very personal and professional lady she was. She apologized for the wait, which I didn’t mind. She was friendly and sweet. It was late, I’m sure she was super tired but it didn’t stop her for being the best! Thank you”
