“I’ve traveled all over Virginia, and this Burlington in Chesterfield is by far the BEST one I’ve shopped in. Everything was clean, organized, and easy to find, none of the clutter you usually run into at other locations. I was greeted at the door by the store manager, who was so kind and even asked if I needed a basket. When I got to checkout, she offered me the rewards card, and the rest of the staff were just as friendly and helpful. Truly the best Burlington I’ve seen in years. Highly recommend! Go Shop!”

“Erin was super helpful and very very kind. She greeted me and my sister at the door and asked if we were looking for anything specific. I told her I was looking for a dress for some pictures and she lead us to the most perfect dress, without even being in there a whole minute. Erin’s customer service skills didn’t make us feel like she was just doing her job, she made us feel like she was invested in finding me the perfect dress and even helped be tie it up. “My husband went here today looking for needohs for our 2 sons Easter basket. They were so kind and helpful. Their truck had just delivered. They could have turned him away because they hadn’t unpacked them yet. Instead they went to the back and brought them up for my husband to grab some for our boys! We have been looking everywhere and so excited we finally found some for their basket.”
“I hardly shop at Old Navy and came to pick up a clothing order for my lady. I did get a chance to walk the sales floor and it appeared more like an off-the-rack store and less like a clothing depot, referring to some visits in the past. I encountered the staff members who were all very polite and helpful.”
“Came in for the clearance t-shirts which were bogo for $1. Majority of them weren't ticketed, so I was assuming most of them were 22.98 or so. Both employees greeted us and checked while we shopped if we needed any assistance. And despite splitting my items to take advantage of the bogo, she was extremely friendly and understanding about my need to budget. Walked away a happy camper, paying less than $10 per shirt.”
“I came this afternoon and there were two employees there M & L ( so sorry names were forgotten 😭) I wanted to make sure a review was left cause the service was AMAZING I rarely shop in person anymore and I honestly dread it however they made my experience amazing and helped me pick some options. “I needed a blazer last minute and happened to already be at the mall. I was looking for something specific—and just like that, I walked into JD MENZ and found the perfect shiny blazer in my size! There was only one staff member in the store, but he was incredibly attentive and helpful. I even ended up leaving with a shirt as well, all at a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely be coming back to grab that belt next time! Maybe I caught them on a good day, or maybe it was just the good energy I brought in—but either way, if you're at the mall, definitely stop by and check them out!”

“The store is kind of cramped because they need to fit a lot in a smaller space. American Eagle has been in Southpark Mall for a long time now and seems to do well. The jeans are my sons favorite. This last visit we did not speak to anyone that worked there but usually they greet you and ask if you need any help. Usually very helpful.”
