“I’ve traveled all over Virginia, and this Burlington in Chesterfield is by far the BEST one I’ve shopped in. Everything was clean, organized, and easy to find, none of the clutter you usually run into at other locations. I was greeted at the door by the store manager, who was so kind and even asked if I needed a basket. When I got to checkout, she offered me the rewards card, and the rest of the staff were just as friendly and helpful. Truly the best Burlington I’ve seen in years. Highly recommend! Go Shop!”

“Erin was super helpful and very very kind. She greeted me and my sister at the door and asked if we were looking for anything specific. I told her I was looking for a dress for some pictures and she lead us to the most perfect dress, without even being in there a whole minute. Erin’s customer service skills didn’t make us feel like she was just doing her job, she made us feel like she was invested in finding me the perfect dress and even helped be tie it up. “You can find good deals here cheap and if youre looking for stuff last minute ...I found some scrubs on clearance but they run small so go a size uo or 2...depends on brand ...found some sports stuff and BCA things for Awareness...cute loungewear and decent prices...try on the clothes....they run small...”

“Went to get a couple of things, but that's not what happened. Had to search through the racks to find the correct size, but they had a huge selection to choose from. The toys on the tables were a mess, but the price was cheaper . Pocket books had a good selection to choose from. They did open another line when they saw the first line was long. Had a nice conversation with my cashier.”
“I brought some colorful earrings that I wanted to match my sandals but when I got home they were the wrong shade so I took them back the next day without any hassle very pleased with how easy the return was and I made another wonderful purchase of popcorn (like found at Sam's club)”

“My husband went here today looking for needohs for our 2 sons Easter basket. They were so kind and helpful. Their truck had just delivered. They could have turned him away because they hadn’t unpacked them yet. Instead they went to the back and brought them up for my husband to grab some for our boys! We have been looking everywhere and so excited we finally found some for their basket.”
“This is my favorite RVA uptown cheapskate! When I travel to Richmond for work I always stop at this location. I have been to 3 locations in the area and the staff here are by far the most helpful and super kind. My only recommendation is for them to get the roll around baskets like other locations have.”
“Came in for the clearance t-shirts which were bogo for $1. Majority of them weren't ticketed, so I was assuming most of them were 22.98 or so. Both employees greeted us and checked while we shopped if we needed any assistance. And despite splitting my items to take advantage of the bogo, she was extremely friendly and understanding about my need to budget. Walked away a happy camper, paying less than $10 per shirt.”

They carry home decor, clothes for men, women and children, cosmetics, and kitchen utensils. You can find some really cool items at Burlington and some name brands like Fila, Ecko, BeBe just to name a few and they are in several cities across the US.”
“I came this afternoon and there were two employees there M & L ( so sorry names were forgotten 😭) I wanted to make sure a review was left cause the service was AMAZING I rarely shop in person anymore and I honestly dread it however they made my experience amazing and helped me pick some options. They offered stuff without it feeling suffocating and also made the store vibe peaceful but swaggy. Def coming back just for the service alone. Thanks yall!!”

“I needed a blazer last minute and happened to already be at the mall. I was looking for something specific—and just like that, I walked into JD MENZ and found the perfect shiny blazer in my size! There was only one staff member in the store, but he was incredibly attentive and helpful. I even ended up leaving with a shirt as well, all at a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely be coming back to grab that belt next time! Maybe I caught them on a good day, or maybe it was just the good energy I brought in—but either way, if you're at the mall, definitely stop by and check them out!”
“When I'm looking for winter gloves, winter coats, workout apparel or business casual clothing, this is one of my go to stores. Regardless of the time of year, they have a decent selection. Right now, January 2024, there are slim pickings for men's and women's winter gloves and even less options for beanies. I was able to find a few items and even though there was only one cashier, the checkout process went quickly. I'll continue to shop them for most of my winter needs.”
“First time at this location. The parking lot was clean. The inside was nice and cool. Even though clothes were being displayed the isles were clear of clutter. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The dressing room was tidy. The sale prices were as advertised. The check out clerk was so friendly.”

“The store is kind of cramped because they need to fit a lot in a smaller space. American Eagle has been in Southpark Mall for a long time now and seems to do well. The jeans are my sons favorite. This last visit we did not speak to anyone that worked there but usually they greet you and ask if you need any help. Usually very helpful.”
