“I’ve traveled all over Virginia, and this Burlington in Chesterfield is by far the BEST one I’ve shopped in. Everything was clean, organized, and easy to find, none of the clutter you usually run into at other locations. I was greeted at the door by the store manager, who was so kind and even asked if I needed a basket. When I got to checkout, she offered me the rewards card, and the rest of the staff were just as friendly and helpful. Truly the best Burlington I’ve seen in years. Highly recommend! Go Shop!”

I did get a chance to walk the sales floor and it appeared more like an off-the-rack store and less like a clothing depot, referring to some visits in the past. I encountered the staff members who were all very polite and helpful.”

“Came in for the clearance t-shirts which were bogo for $1. Majority of them weren't ticketed, so I was assuming most of them were 22.98 or so. Both employees greeted us and checked while we shopped if we needed any assistance. And despite splitting my items to take advantage of the bogo, she was extremely friendly and understanding about my need to budget. Walked away a happy camper, paying less than $10 per shirt.”

“Excellent Service by Terence (Assistant Store Manager) & Callyn (Sales Manager): I called Aeropostale in Chesterfield Town Center in VA anxiously yesterday desperately looking for a grey polo shirt & a white polo shirt I needed for Saturday. I was in a pinch!Terence listened carefully to what I said & for me he has excellent communication & follow up skills. In a nutshell, he told me to call today 6/17/21 (he’s off today) & told me to check with someone if my Extra Large polo shirts would be in the truck delivery today. Well I found out from Callyn who told me Terence had already put the extra large polo shirts on hold for me behind the counter. Obviously he had communicated my request for the shirts to Callyn & she had carried out his request so she was on top of it when I called. For me, this is going above & beyond!Excellent communication skills thus providing very satisfactory customer service finally benefitting Aeropostale company & loyalty of customers - I’ll definitely shop there again!I’ve never shopped in Aeropostale before not even when living so long in NYC but I had stepped into the shop there!Every management team is different so now you’ve set a standard for others to follow.Hope corporate views this post!Thank you Terence & Callyn!”
