“I had the best military move with Stewart Moving and Storage. Pattie reached out well in advance and was very friendly and helpful scheduling everything. And then Woody was my delivery driver and was so accommodating, cheerful and helpful. I just kept saying all day what a blessing he was. Even after all the paperwork was signed and the delivery was completed he asked if there was anything else we needed as he didn’t mind helping. I was blown away with how smooth he made the delivery of storage I had not seen in over 6 years. He made contact days in advance and went above and beyond what was expected of him. I know the property is nothing fancy but I don’t need fancy. I just need a affordability and security and storing my belongings and that is what this place does they have the best customer service, very accommodating, always kind and go above and beyond in help with any sort of situation. “The team that came to our home were terrific, they were polite, helpful, explained everything to us and worked extremely hard to get everything wrapped safely and securely in an efficient manner. We had very steep stairs to climb , which were quite awkward to say the least, especially the bigger items. It was also a pretty warm day ,so very hot work. I would like to thank them all for a job well done.”
“Alex was amazing. My home had water intrusion and a storage this was a last minute need for my family. I had never rented a storage space and was concerned about hidden fees or being scammed like I had read and heard about from others. Alex talked me through everything, helped me stay on top of move out dates and when best to alert the staff of moving plans. They also reviewed if I needed extra dates what the rates would be so I was aware of all my the fees that would meet my needs. The facility was clean and safe. If you have questions or needs here be sure to ask for Alex. By far the most helpful and friendly and why I gave 5 stars. Thanks Alex! You’re doing great!!”
“The move in process was very smooth. The lock and a pamphlet on the insurance was already in the unit when we arrived. I had a question before move in and the young lady was very helpful (on the phone). I did not have to into the office for anything so I cannot comment on that but I will say that the fact that I did not have to go in there for anything speak volumes about the customer service as they were prepared for my move in.”
