“I had a good experience with my registering- a few things I wish was available - Pedestrian entrance. I have a vehicle stored and I bring it out - when I go to leave it - I don’t have access out. I don’t have a place to park the vehicle I came her with inside so I have to park it outside the gate. There should be discounts for veterans since the is a high populated area with active/ retired veterans. The monthly fees should be a fixed rate instead of variable. That will probably affect whether I stay or not.”

“The office manager, Tammy, runs a tight ship along with her assistant manager, Wendy. The office hours are convenient and both ladies are pleasant to work with and always a welcoming atmosphere. Lots of fun activities too.The storage facility is kept immaculate. They offer non climate and climate controlled spaces with lighting and nearby external electricity for tenants use. They've expanded and are offering some good pricing promotions. Stop in and see Tammy and Wendy. You'll appreciate the fantastic customer service experience.”

He was very understanding and helpful. His customer service was outstanding! I would definitely go back to this specific location if I need a public storage unit again as long as Sam is still there.”

“4/1/2024We just started moving my moms things into our storage unit. Inside the building is so clean and well kept. The place is always air conditioned whenever we go. It is bright inside and every unit has their own light switch for inside of it. The building even has elevator music playing. I’ve had many experiences with other storage unit places and they were horrible. They do not even compare to this one. This place is FANTASTIC. Not to mention the lady that works here is so helpful and kind. NOTHING bad to say. My mom did a great job choosing Life Storage.”

No questions and he didn't make us feel like we were inconveniencing him in the slightest. We love our unit and we LOVE the people who own/run it. We are satisfied with our business there.
