“Shy was Amazing, this man needs a raise and some recognition for real! The absolute best Verizon experience of my life. We showed up 30 minutes prior to closing and kept that poor man a half hour late but he never once complained or even made us feel like a bother. God bless this man, a true great person! In this day of nit alot of good customer service, I was blown away!”

“Always get the best customer service whenever Julio Arias is there. He is friendly and cares about customer service. He is very knowledgeable as well, but If he doesn't know the answer, he will always search to find it. He is the Best.”

“I have always dealt with Cricket in Colonial Heights. I tried one in Chester. Very Rude and wouldn't speak English in front of me so I would know what they were saying. I went back to CCH. Beat service and know what they are doing. Very nice and respectful. I am old but not stupid.”
