“Shy was Amazing, this man needs a raise and some recognition for real! The absolute best Verizon experience of my life. We showed up 30 minutes prior to closing and kept that poor man a half hour late but he never once complained or even made us feel like a bother. God bless this man, a true great person! In this day of nit alot of good customer service, I was blown away!”
