I walk into Staples mad because I got to look for a printer cord and I'm thinking I'm going to be here a long time because this cord are complicated

some guy named Tyrone saw me looking around (and I was only looking for like 30 seconds )and while he was standing up on a ladder asked me what I needed... I told him what kind of cord and he knew exactly where it was and he pointed it to me through all those cords all over the place... (While still standing on the ladder) And told me it was not $40 it was $7... And then Dustin he let me know anything else I needed to know when I got up to the front ... He explained my points to me and was super friendly ...

I didn't get the young man's name - he was working Sunday morning (approximately 10:15 am).

I was greeted upon entering, he immediately took my package that was heavy and cumbersome to carry, and was the politeness young person I have encounteted in quite some time.

He is definitely an asset to UPS and I hope the company has plans on his moving up in the ranks.

“I had the best experience today!The Owner was so kind and helpful.I had made my own wedding inventions and really just needed them printed off as a 5x7!I had gone to Office Depot to get these simple inventions printed.I was told because I made these inventions I need to go back and make the file for a 5x7. Instead of them helping me and just blowing up the image. They told me to go online and upload image etc. It was just a lot of confusion just to make a simple invention a different size.As everyone knows when it comes to a wedding it can be very stressful. The owner of Wilson Graphics was she happy to help me and within the matter of 15 mins my wedding inventions were resized and printed with the RSVP cards! I'm so happy with the way they turned out. I will be returning for all of my printing needs.”

This time, I went in about 8 months pregnant trying to get something printed for my husband & an employee named Chris brought me a chair to sit down and be comfortable during my visit. He was also very persistent in trying to help me figure out how to get this specific job done for my husband and displayed kindness and patience even though I had no clue what I was doing lol. I even tried contacting fedex directly to let them know how wonderful she was but couldn’t get an agent to assist. Wish the headquarters was as helpful was their staff member Holly at this location.”
