“I had my vehicle towed in because my starter went on my 2011 Mercedes e550 on September 5th. I was able to pay on the bill bit by bit. DJ and Mike worked with me and, I was so grateful for that. I was in school and just needed a break. These guys are awesome for that. They completed the work and, I was so happy. I wanna thank Bob and everyone who worked on my car. They understood my situation and came through. YES, I AM A REAL CUSTOMER. If you just need a break. Talk to them. They are more than accommodating. I'll ALWAYS bring my car back to them. “Auto Pros is fabulous! The front desk is very nice, helpful, and patient. Corey was so great to me, I had no idea what was going on with my car and was freaking out a little (lot). I had a hard time explaining what was happening but he was very understanding and a generally great person about my less than helpful explanation. Turned out a mouse or something had chewed up some wires. They communicated all the details about what needed fixing, why, and the price concisely. The greatest thing was that they finished in a day! I am so grateful for their help and will definitely be coming here in the future.”
“My honey and I went into Big Al's to see if a repair could be done to our exhaust that had broken off. They took care of us on the spot and assisted us with what we needed done. “Highly recommend these guys. Family run business with excellent customer service with the lowest prices for rim repair that I could find. Debbie got me in and out in one day. The bead on my tires would not seal to my rims because of some really bad chrome corrosion around the edges. They were able to get everything fixed up within two hours while I was at the grocery store. Other places I called in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach wanted to charge me twice as much with a turnaround time of several days or more to do the same exact work on my rims.I went back a week later and they even fixed a patch on one of my tires that was done at another shop incorrectly (and had a leak). Now all my tires are sealed and my rims looks great. I would give six stars if I could. Great people and great prices too.”

“Bay Custom Auto exceeded my expectations on the repair of my Mini Cooper. It took a while for parts to become available because the car was so new (2024) But Brandon kept in touch throughout the process and kept me informed. When parts did arrive they kept my car for about three weeks, a little longer than originally promised but it was over the Christmas holiday and was worth the wait. I cannot tell that anything happened to the car at all. Super work by a super company!”

The only thing about Mr Ed's shop is the wait due to his big clientele it's not easy to get to him sometimes. But I recommend his shop if you looking for honesty and car knowledge!”

“I got my car inspected somewhere else and was told my brakes were very worn and would need to be replaced before the next inspection. So when the next inspection came up, I bought brakes and rotors and decided to try Colony Tire. Imagine my surprise when I got a phone call from their mechanic stating that my pads weren't even halfway worn down and there was no need to replace them. He charged me for a half hour labor for the inspection and that was it.”
