I came in and was promptly greeted then asked the reason for my visit. Brandon was prompt professional and knowledgeable of products and services. I ran into a brief misunderstanding of policies surrounding my replacement screen protector. After connecting with a rep via the T-Mobile customer service line we landed on a resolution. Brandon exercised a wonderful level of personality and understanding which made for a very pleasant in store experience. “I had an excellent experience at this Verizon store, thanks to Tony. I had a complicated line transfer issue, and Tony spent several hours patiently working through it with me until everything was completely resolved.
He went above and beyond to make sure the transfer was done correctly and also helped me find a better setup that saves me money every month. I really appreciate his patience, effort, and willingness to stick with the problem for hours instead of just giving me a quick answer.
