“I recently had suspension work done at MNM, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. With my warranty about to expire in 8,000 miles, I wanted to ensure any covered repairs were addressed. Initially, I took my Yukon Denali to GMC for a thorough inspection, but they informed me that none of the necessary repairs would be covered under warranty. I wanted to get a second opinion, and brought my truck to MNM, where they confirmed the needed repairs and asked for a day to consult with the warranty company. Despite GMC's earlier assessment, I received a call from Billy Lee, the owner, who informed me they secured $1,500 in warranty coverage for my repairs. Additionally, MNM's repair estimate was $2,500 less than GMC's, and they pointed out that some suggested repairs were unnecessary. It's so hard to find a shop that prioritizes customer savings and quality service over volume. These guys are solid and trustworthy in my opinion and I encourage anyone that looking for a solid shop to check these guys out!”

“Well, the best vehicle I have ever owned is back at Pattons. My truck has never had to be towed, but when I pulled in to there shop after hours, it literally stopped and would not start. My truck is a 2006 Chevy Silverado with nearly 260 thousand miles. I do most of the work on it myself, but there are some things I cannot do. Before finding Pattons, I had my favorite shop. When things got really technical, they told me they could not fix it and come get it. That is when I found Pattons. There diagnostics is second to none. They repaired my truck at a price that was more than reasonable. Now they are helping me work through a problem with the Computer, which is no longer available. Vince called me and explained how difficult this will be. I have total confidence that they will get it back to me running great! Pattons is through and has the equipment to find hidden problems keeping your vehicle running it’s best. They are a good Christian company that works with honesty and integrity! Thanks Guys!”

Tow truck dropped it off on a Sunday, Left a message on VM to contact us on Monday which they did. Honest transmission shops that do good work are hard to find these days.”

What's great about White's is they do not have a stable of employees needing to fill hours, requiring an endless amount of work to keep them busy.
They do not need to find work in your vehicle to keep them busy. Instead they diagnose, treat, move on.

“Two months after buying my first Corvette, the engine went out. Christian Brothers dealt with the warranty company and has since replaced the engine, starter, rear differential, rear axle including the torque tube, and new rotors and brake pads. My car now drives like its brand new because of their mechanics. The front office is always helpful and gets me in as quick as they can and I know when I get it back, it will be right. I would not bring my vehicles to any other facility then this one (not even a Chevy dealer). Highly recommend.”
