“Our 17 year old dog was really struggling so we took him in yesterday, fearing the worst. Of course, an hour or so before our appt., the dog showed new signs of life & was was running everywhere. Spoiler alert: We brought him home. We consulted with Dr. Burbrink upon arrival. She was unbelievable. She came in, sat with us, told us that we can expect many more ups and downs, then examined our dog and gave him some meds for muscles and for pain. He seems to be doing much better. We know we're only buying time, but it's important time. Dr. Burbrink was so kind, so understanding, so patient. she took the time to explain to us what was going on with him and the intended goal of the treatment plan. She got down on the floor to examine him and was so nice to him. He doesn't always tolerate people, but she was great and the dog was nice to her. But I really wanted to post a review because she really was just exceptional.”
“The best. Quality of pet care and staff is excellent. The staff goes out of their way to make animals comfortable. Tell friends my pets chose this place. Participate heavily with dog and cat rescue so deal with animals in need of care on a regular basis. Once I found them 22 years ago, have gone there ever since.”

“Dr Johnson and her entire staff are the most personable and warmest vet and staff you’ll ever want to meet. We looked at a lot of vet practices to choose for our miny long haired dachshund Oscar.

“My 18 year old doxie mix passed away in his sleep on a Saturday night and I reached out to Village Vet Clinic because thankfully they were open on Sunday. They were super caring and attentive and the cremation was completed in less than a week. His remains were packaged very nicely in a small wooden urn with a plaque with his name and the staff was so kind when I picked them up today.
I really appreciate the respect and kindness I received at the facility in my time of grieving.”

“On Nov 11, I took my male cat in for urinary issues and they immediately took him back to check for a blockage, before I even had any paper work filled out.
Thankfully, he wasn't blocked. I knew if he wasn't blocked, and therefore not emergent, it would take awhile. I'm fine with waiting at ER's, understanding the most critical are priority.
Dr Drum was wonderful. She took the time to explain everything and answer any questions.
Salem is a sweet boy, but he is a former feral who doesn't handle car rides, vet visits, or receiving medication very well. Dr Drum has been amazingly helpful and responsive via email as we continue to monitor Salem and discuss options to proceed if necessary. She has also provided me with a wealth of information, and has been incredibly understanding of this overwhelmed cat mom.
The front desk staff and vet tech were all very kind and helpful.
Thank you to everyone for making sure my boy was okay so quickly.”

“When my cat suddenly started losing hair, throwing up, and stopped eating, I was panicking and convinced I was about to lose her. Dr. Adesso made time for us on short notice when I was extremely worried.
Fast forward to now: my cat is alive, eating, her hair has grown back, and she is back to her regular old self. Dr. Adesso truly turned things around and got her back to being herself again.
I will forever be grateful. If your pet is sick, scared, or acting weird, this is exactly who you want caring for them. I would trust her with my cat, my dog, and probably my emotional wellbeing too. 10/10. Would recommend to anyone who loves their pet like a child.”

“I've been going to Burke Forest vet for over 20 years. When we first went it was different management. Dr Bowles bought it years ago and it's even better. Dr. Bowles and all the staff are amazing and thoughtful. I have taken my puppy and my very old dog to them. They understand what is needed for both and show amazing compassion. They bring out a pad for my old girl to lay on and sit on the floor with her. They have great energy for my young pup. I recommend them highly.”

“After leaving my first vet in the dust, I found Franklin Farm veterinary clinic and I am very happy.
My two cats get stressed out by the car ride but after all the love and treats and petting from the staff and vet techs they are ready to have their annual exams and vaccines, no problem.
They are absolutely spoiled with toys and catnip by the end of the appointment and I love that the staff gets me checked out in the exam room so I dont have to juggle payment with two carriers and the stress of whatever other patients might be coming and goin in the waiting area.”

“As a nurse, I was very pleased with the care given to my “boys”. I had my two cats neutered here, and I felt like they really took great care of them. They went above and beyond to make sure that their procedures went as smoothly as possible. “Koda has been going to The Dr Cheemas for a number of years now. I think today was his last visit. He is a great pyrenees, and like 91yrs old, 126lbs, and can't get up or down into the van. “My dog loves the staff here more than he loves me lol. He comes by to say hi almost every day on his walks. He had some hip issues and major anxiety when we first moved to the area and after following the guidance of the staff he’s like a puppy again at 4 years old. Increased energy, no longer limping after jumping/running or long walks, not nearly as anxious. The staff here are friendly polite and professional, amazed at what one year of care here has done for my dog. Highly recommend this business!”
“Took in my spicy cat today and they were FABULOUS with him! They gave me meds to calm him and he was way more chill than I’ve ever seen him, so it wasn’t the worst vet experience he’s ever had. They even got him into a purrito, which I’ve never been able to do. Attaching a pic of my handsome guy with Charlotte as a cute purruito! They are genuinely a great team and I wouldn’t consider taking my cats anywhere else in town.”
