“I had a great experience with Nolan, the store manager at T-Mobile. He was very kind, patient, and extremely helpful. He took the time to go over different phone options, including Galaxy and iPhone models, and explained everything clearly. He gave me multiple choices and never seemed frustrated, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. If you have any issues, Nolan is definitely someone who will help you.
I truly appreciate the time he spent with me—it took about two hours, and he helped resolve several problems caused by a different T-Mobile store. Unfortunately, my previous experience at the Arlington Blvd location was very disappointing. The manager there was not honest and did not properly explain things before the store closed permanently. I was simply told to take the device home, plug it in, and everything would work fine—but that was not the case.
As a result, I was charged for two lines, even though I didn’t use one of them for the full month. That situation was very frustrating, especially since some locations operate as third-party retailers under the T-Mobile brand.
Nolan took the time to carefully review my account, helped cancel one of the lines, and worked to resolve the issue as much as possible. I truly hope T-Mobile recognizes what they have in him—he is an excellent manager and a very good person.”
