“Great experience with Auto Stop Falls Church that is worth commenting. The AC compressor blew on my F-150 that required a dash out repair. Six months later some other components in the HVAC system failed that was unrelated to the compressor, but still required a dash out repair. Auto Stop graciously and unprovoked covered the labor on the second dash out repair. Saving me several $1,000+. I’ll be a customer of Auto Stop for a long long time!Service: Air conditioning”

“FX Collision paint-matched a plastic, after-market spoiler perfectly, making it look identical to my aluminum Mustang, removed the OEM 'spoiler delete' and the back-up camera mounted in it, installed the spoiler and the back-up camera, and calibrated the camera so it functions and displays exactly as before. Their shop being co-located with Wraps on Whips was very helpful in that I could take the car into one place to get a spoiler installed by FX Collision and the stripes installed by Wraps on Whips at the same time.”

“Excellent work and service. I’m not from this area so finding a trustworthy shop has been a challenge. I definitely recommend Steve’s Auto. For example, I was having an issue with my car shifting gears and assumed the problem involved the transmission (No error codes or indicators). They told me “let’s start small and work our way up. I’ve seen MAV sensors cause this issue.” Sure enough that was it! I will bring all my vehicles here.”

“Chris and DJ in Kingstowne give the best customer service! I liked receiving the inspection report I was sent digitally to know the current status and future needs. They are very honest and forthright explaining what is needed & level of urgency. The pricing is very fair and transparent. They even went out of their way to take me home after I dropped my car off because I did not have a ride. Chris stayed a little late to ensure my tire was fixed before a long road trip the next day.I also witnessed the kindness and care they gave a senior lady who didn’t know much about the car repairs she needed. I verified what she was being told was correct and agreed with their suggestions. She agreed to go ahead with the service and come back the next day. They stayed late to put on her spare tire so she could get home close by.I have gone to this shop since they opened in the late 80’s. Additionally, I have referred my friends and clients to them especially when they are new to the area. It is under new management now and I am happy to see this owner running the shop with the same integrity and care for the customers.”
