“Had read the dismal reviews and was hesitant to go to this branch to conduct some mundane account business. But because of its proximity to my home I decided to drop in. My experience was a pleasant one....checked in upon entering and waited no more than 2-3 minutes before a young man introduced himself and asked me into his office to discuss my needs. Of course I can't recall his name.......but he was polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. He easily took care of the issues that I needed addressed and, with that, I was on my way. I'm sure that the negative reviews that have been posted were posted for good reason. I simply wanted to share a positive experience for the branch.....”

We want to give a shout out specially to Rockville Branch manager Anna Cardenas, who was so extraordinarily helpful to us this week in dealing with a bunch of paperwork and account updates we needed to get done. “They're always easy to work with. They make the claims process super simple and are quick in processing claims. The adjuster came out the next business day. I was absolutely shocked . They also have a nice mobile app to pull all information needed from payments, to claims, to documents. The best part is their prices are cheaper than other agencies I've seen. They also do free roadside assistance which has come in handy a couple times. I highly suggest them if you are looking for a new company.”

“I noticed most people said it wasn't there in their reviews. It is there, its actually two there. (One is located in my building I work in, very convenient to just walk downstairs) They're just located on a military installation. So if you don't have a military/government Identification. you will not be allowed access on the base. I've had wonderful service with both of them. The one located in the Navy Exchange is open until 6pm Mon-Fri and 5pm on Sat. You really can't beat that!”
“Everyone who works here is so friendly! This particular location is located on the first floor of 8115 Gatehouse Rd. I don't like that you have to park in a parking garage to go to the bank, but it's better than not having a bank nearby at all! It can be tricky finding the place. Get off on floor 1* and go toward a hallway that has a bunch of framed portraits (I think its photos of school district members or something. It'll be all the way down that hallway.”
