“Cherrydale Vet is fantastic! The staff are always very sweet and friendly with my dog -- she tends to be a bit anxious and hyper when she first comes in and they do a great job with giving her time to get familiarized with them and helping her settle down before proceeding with the examinations. In certain cases, they are also willing to give treatment advice over phone or email which can be really helpful in terms of saving us an unnecessary trip to the vet (not to mention a bill too!). Would absolutely recommend them for any pet owners.”

“My cats have been treated by Dr. Flynn and Dr. Tango for many years. We have relied on their expertise for routine exams/shots, behavioral issues and serious medical problems. Although the practice is clearly very busy, once either Veterinarian enters the exam room, it's as though she has only one patient. Their intelligence, kindness and expertise are evident, and they always provide several options, along with probable outcomes and costs. CPAH is a great facility, and I have recommended Drs. Flynn and Tango to several neighbors and friends. These vets will treat your pet, and you, with respect and compassion.”
“Just wanted to drop a quick message to rave about our experience with Hollin Hall Animal Hospital, since we moved to Fort Hunt in 2021.Since we started using them, we haven't taken our furry friend anywhere else. They've been incredibly accommodating and so informative throughout our visits. They really go above and beyond to make sure our 75lbs drama queen feels comfortable and well-cared for. “My cavapoo has been a patient at Caring Hands since my wife and I got him as a puppy a year and a half ago. We could not be more pleased with the practice. The staff are always courteous and incredibly friendly and they are very flexible with scheduling. Dr. Doss is the absolute best and our pup adores her. Rather than the stereotypical dread of going to the vet, our pup is always super excited when he gets to their front door.”
“Clean, friendly, knowledgeable. Recently moved and had to find a new vet, found this one by going down the list and calling around. Very easy to make an appointment over the phone, woman who answered was super kind and easy to talk to. On arrival, I was immediately greeted and checked in then escorted to the exam room. Highly recommend and definitely will be returning”
“The vet tech Sam and Dr. Shessel were so great!My baby is a little chonk who has had some teeth issues in the past. I decided to switch his vet because this one has glowing reviews and is a lot more convenient of a location now. The staff were all very caring and nice, and Severus did very well with them. He's always been pretty good with vets, but he got very scared after he had to get a dental last year. Dr. Shessel was so calm and gentle with him. He growled a bit, but ended up eating some sweet treats she left for him (after she left, haha).Cost wise: It's slightly higher because it's on the metro, but it definitely felt worth it. I've never had a vet spend so much time in the room with my animal and be genuinely interested, not just going through the routine exam.Looking forward to future visits!Picture of my guy for tax. ?⬛”

“AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I took my cat Bella to visit them for a sanitary trim and her nails clipped. We were in and out of there in less than 10 minutes! She was a little scared but they handled her with so much care and I liked that I was able to be in the room. They were great and reasonably priced, way better experience than I expected! When we got home, I could tell she was so happy and felt so much better from the condition she was in before her appointment. Will definitely be taking her to only Lynn's Animal Hospital in the future! Thank you again for everything.”
“When Dr Teich decided to start his own practice - me and my little ones followed! My experience over the years has been terrific. I never feel rushed - the vets take time to really understand what is happening with your pets. Not just what brings you in but how & what they are doing generally. The front desk staff are also just as great - helpful and accommodating.The locations make getting an appt. pretty easy. Whether I need to see Dr. Teich specifically or another vet - I will typically get the day and time I need. This is a super busy practice, for a good reason, so I appreciate this.”

The vet that saw my Luie was excellent and you could tell she knew what she was talking!I really was expecting that I would have to put him down but she reassured me that it wasn't that bad. “Springfield is amazing & they LOVE the pets, even put up pictures! We switched here from an Alexandria vet that could never get us in for a sick dog! Springfield vets listen to us about our dogs, unlike others. We drive 20 minutes out & it is well worth it.We spent years trying to figure out our dog's allergies, doing food trials, managing environment and symptoms... At our first appointment with Springfield, we asked about blood testing and we started immune therapy drops within 2 months, it's been SO much better.”

Magesto is a very timid cat, and their protocol of waiting in the car until the room and doctor is ready helps tremendously. I feel we are well taken care of, never felt rushed. “I was very disappointed about their new policy not to send prescriptions to third party providers like pet meds. They now require that you physically pick up an rx at their office. This means that you must mail it to petmeds-they are not allowed to receive it by fax or email, except from the vet. This is a way to make you buy it from vca, always at a much higher price. A vet must still write the rx,but vca says it took too much time for them to send it to petmeds. Seems like a small matter that greatly burdens paying clients. Jack Cohen”
