“I swear there should be a class how to properly sleep. Reason I'm saying this is because I spent 30 years sleeping fine on my stomach until one day my neck said heck no and now face severe neck pain!! So, I did the mattress swap, but now dealing with lifelong issues with how to unlearn this and figure out how everyone else sleeps in their side without their arms going numb, which is the conundrum I face. So the Dr told me to shop around for pillows and what better place than here. I got instructional assistance and pretty sure now I know how to sleep and what kind of pillow I need. Only reason I have them 4 stars is because they had to order my pillow, and will have to pick it up sometime next week but assistance was top notch! I know people could just order pillows online, but I'm sick of the marketing online being wrong all the time...I've got so many types of pillows that don't work.... You need to go to a store and try pillows just like your trying on shoes. I really appreciate the fact that the mattress warehouse has more than just mattresses!!”

“I recently visited Mattress Warehouse of Springfield Square store, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Mr. Birama (store representative) and immediately felt at ease. The store had a very nice selection of mattresses—different firmness levels, materials, and price ranges—making it easy to explore various options without feeling limited. Everything was organized, clean, and displayed in a way that encouraged comfortable browsing.
What truly made the visit stand out was the outstanding customer service. Mr. Birama was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. He took the time to understand my sleep preferences, any back or comfort issues I had, and what I was hoping to improve by purchasing a new mattress. Instead of rushing me or pushing a sale, he encouraged me to try several models, answering every question with clarity and genuine care.
His patience was especially appreciated, as I tend to take time before making big decisions. Not once did I feel pressured or overwhelmed. He walked me through each feature, explaining differences in materials, warranties, and expected longevity.
By the end of my visit, I purchased the Sealy Posturepedic® Elite Brenham II Hybrid Firm Mattress with an ergo base.

“Saboor from Marlo Furniture Alexandria was spectacular! I was in need of a bedroom set for my third home and he was more than helpful in assisting me. It was pretty late when I arrived to the store, but Saboor immediately helped me find the right set that was within my budget. He shared a wealth of information about the different types of bed sets, night stands and mattresses and helped explain the differences in quality. He did not pressure me or push any crazy sales tactics on me. I immediately felt comfortable with him as we toured the showroom, he felt like family. I'd been considering a Yardbird set for our patio and was putting a lot of thought into the purchase since the price point is on the high side for us but we really wanted high quality furniture that will last for years and years.
